Special International Prosecutor Norman Farrell stated the goal in very frank and straight forward terms : The Final kibosh of the American Opprobrium is not only to put down America's worst criminal scandal, but to bring the entire world into Compliance with International Law.
Then he introduced United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres, Chief International Prosecutor Karim Khan and SVC's President, Phil Sutton. They spoke in profound terms about the future.
First, both the International Prosecutor and the Special Prosecutor are surprised, but very pleased that their Federal Court Partners took it upon themselves to create a Five-level Sentencing Guideline System on their own. It alleviates any questions about the relative fairness of sentencing all 525,000+ traitors/ terrorists to the same penalty even though their levels of criminality are quite different.
This is also consistent with US Federal Law which have Sentencing Guidelines for just about every crime in the US Code Annotated and thereby eliminates any due process and Civil Rights claims by the Defendants, thus any Legal basis for appeal if it were possible to begin with.
Further, the Federal Judges utilized the down time during covid-19 to simulate a Judge trial for each of the defendants and then switched off with two other Judges to act as Apellate Courts and the Supreme Court.
The cases are iron clad against all of the traitors/terrorists because they follow the al Qaeda script so precisely and have for the past 13 years since the Serial Crimes Lists were first developed.
What convicts the traitors/terrorists of conspiracy, and thus all the crimes on the lists simultaneously, is their remarkable parroting of each other in Missoula, Bozeman and now in Colorado Springs over the past 17½ years. One of the best examples of it is each of the University Libraries had one particular employee that just went after SVC's President: Belcher in Mansfield Library at the University of Montana; Callahan in Renne Library at Montana State University; and Harder at Kraemer Library at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. You better believe that they are Level 5 Offenders and will be at hard labor every damn day for the rest of their lives!
Second, the so-called “Scarlet letter” Punishment which requires the Defendants to wear clothing that states: PROUD TO BE A TRAITOR TO THE UNITED STATES is not unconstitutional. There is ample examples where such a punishment has been upheld in the Federal Courts.
Ironically, one such case was in Missoula when US District Court Judge Don Molloy required a Defendant to march in front of the Russell Smith Federal Courthouse with a sign saying he was not a Veteran for a week when a claimed to be in hopes of receiving a lighter sentence. No one questioned that.
Nothing will be inflicted upon these criminals that they haven't by their actions inflicted upon others. The International Prosecutor, who is a Muslim, stated that Jesus was not the only Religious Leader that touted the Golden Rule and that his predecessor, Fatou Bensouda, who is also Muslim and creator of the Scarlett Letter Punishment, want to make an example of the traitors/terrorists. Islamic Jihad is a source of great discomfiture to most Muslims and they want it eliminated just as badly as Christians do!!!!!!!!
Third, the tide of public opinion may finally be turning concerning the American Opprobrium. At the SVC Public Policy Forum in Delaware on 14 September 2023, there were several kinds of support displayed SVC had seen too little of in the past. Joe Biden represented Delaware in the US Senate for 36 years before he became Barack Obama's Vice President. Delaware and Maryland are the only States in the South & Border Region that consistently Vote for the Democratic Nominee for President.
The Secretary General reassured everyone that the 500,000 Peacekeepers are ready to do their duty, if necessary and International Economic Sanctions are being put in place just in case. There can be no question about the International Community's resolve to put down the American Opprobrium!!!!!!!
SVC's President led everyone in a discussion of what this will mean for the world. An actual International Legal System that has been and can be enforced would mean everything to the future. No more Pol Pots, Josef Stalins, Adolf Hitlers, Omar Bashirs, Saddam Husseins, et al. Just like these men who believed they could do anything they wanted to do and get away with it, the traitors/terrorists believe they will to. That notion cannot be in the minds, hearts and mouths of anyone if we are to have a Civilized Society!!!!!!!
SVC's Benefit & Allocations Associate Director Luis Adams, Brazil's former National Attorney General, stated that the massive task of arresting over a half million people and then executing the Judgments against their businesses and/or real estate and personal property is an enormous logistical nightmare, but it is being carried out as quietly and as quickly as possible. So far there has been threats of violence but no actual acts of violence.
Under International Law, the International Community can only confront the National Government and cannot go directly after individuals or political subdivisions within a nation. This is why the Partnership between the International Tribunals and 15 US Direct Courts has been immensely helpful.
The Federal Judges share the urgency of the Victims for Justice and due compensation for their losses and suffering. The Doctrine of the Separation of Powers, however, prevents the Judicial Branch from usurping the powers Executive Branch to enforce the law.
This is where Former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan turned to SVC's President in 2005 with his Five Step Doctrine to eliminate such impediments when despotic leaders either were allowing the abuse of their own Citizens or more likely, abusing those Citizens for partisan reasons themselves . No one ever thought American Leaders would ever be the target of International removal efforts under the Responsibility to Protect Principle, but they are. And they put themselves there by their own acts and cannot blame anyone else.
That said, there are situations in the different locales where the American Opprobrium has been prominent where the attitude is that the traitors/terrorists are just daring the International Authorities and their American counterparts to do what they have been saying they would do for almost a decade. We must meet that dare or these renegades will be out of control and no one will be safe.
SVC International Security Chief Gary Norman Reported that the traitors/terrorists are still exhibiting their Stage III Psychotic Denial concerning what their fates are. The whole point of this conversation today has been that these profound criminals have not learned their lesson, but they will.
The traitors/terrorists have caused the circumstances that have made SVC's President and International Security Chief look like vagabonds and “worthless” people. That's why the roles will be reversed soon enough and the traitors/ terrorists must regret the day they were born. The Creator and Justice demand it!!!!!!!
On US Constitution Day at Independence Square in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, SVC's President reminded the the throng of 78,400 people that he has utilized Matthew 25: 31-46 to explain why everyone must choose to be either a sheep or a goat before Jesus returns:
The Sheep and the Goats
When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’
They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’
He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’
Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.
Jesus amply described what will now happen to the traitors/terrorists of the American Opprobrium, fellow travelers and all those who have stood idly by and allowed American Opprobrium to unfold unabated without helping the Victims.
The King is the Creator and the Event Jesus is actually describing is the Judgment Day. The terrorists and American traitors are in particular trouble because they not only failed to help but actually inflicted the pain that the Victims need assistance to overcome. Their punishment must necessarily be the severest of all in both this Life and the next.
This Passage also speaks to discrimination. Remarkably, Jesus was well ahead of his time. SVC’s President desired to make sure everyone understands that he long ago took Jesus as his Model.
SVC’s President added another comment at this juncture. He stated that Americans failed to support what America stands for and has always stood for. That betrayal of the American cause is the most important aspect of American Opprobrium. Americans have betrayed the Heritage they were given by America’s Founders to the point that the Four Founding Thematic Principles of the American Dream may have been lost forever.
It is by no mistake that Matthew 26: 1-5 directly follows this passage in the Holy Bible:
The Plot Against Jesus
When Jesus had finished saying all these things, he said to his disciples, “As you know, the Passover is two days away—and the Son of Man will be handed over to be crucified.”
Then the chief priests and the elders of the people assembled in the palace of the high priest, whose name was Caiaphas, and they schemed to arrest Jesus secretly and kill him...”
