Findings from Behavioral Genetic Research have broadly impacted modern understanding of the role of Genetic and Environmental influences on Human behavior. These include Evidence that nearly all Researched behaviors are under a significant degree of Genetic influence, and that influence tends to increase as Individuals develop into Adulthood.  

 

Organized terrorists - both Foreign and Domestic in the USA - complain that it is their Victims of al Qaeda-gate who are the ones who have done something wrong and that it is these Victims and now the International Community no less who are wrong. The terrorists are not only in denial about the criminality of their acts, but more importantly, their consequences. 
  
The Authors know that the terrorists are edging more and more closer to a serious psychotic episode because their frustration is so high that they are finally going to be brought to Justice. They exhibit infantile behavior which exemplifies why they must be removed from Civilized Society post haste. They have gotten away with it for so long they cannot deal with the reality that Everyone else in the World and outside their sphere of influence sees and readily recognizes!!!!!!! 
  
The International Community is taking every step necessary to make sure Public Safety and the safety of the Victims and their Families are secure!!!!!!! 
  
Just as Jesus stated that the Sanhedrin, Pharisees, etc. would make their coverts to Judaism twice as fit for hell as they are themselves, the terrorists have made their recruits twice as insane as they are!!!!!!! 
  
Of course, Jesus' words fit the terrorists to a "T". 

 

Indeed, SVC's President has been given grief about why he sought help from the International Community when he was an American. He quipped, "Jesus was a Jew and look how much good it did him. The Jews had him crucified. What could he possibly have done to deserve that? 

 

"By the same token, what have I done to have three attempts on my Life by American law enforcement and be poisoned by a pair of Ukrainians in the same way Navalny has been and no one gives a damn about me in the United States? It is very suspicious and then you wonder why I have sought International help? Really?"

  

The World has watched in dumbfounded amazement how the terrorists of al Qaeda-gate have emulated the 20th century Nazis in Germany. Adolph Hitler took advantage of his concept of the "super race" to convince Germans and all German-speaking People that they were Genetically superiority to all other Nationalities. 

 

This mentality does come about and forms amongst those of a common Gene pool and the Academic Disciplines of Communication Studies and Psychology have given it the name of "Group Think."    
  
Groupthink is a Psychological phenomenon that occurs within a group pf People in which the desire for harmony or conformity in the group results in an irrational or dysfunctional Decision-making and behavioral outcome. Group Members try to minimize conflict and reach a consensus Decision without critical evaluation of alternative viewpoints by actively suppressing dissenting viewpoints, and by isolating themselves from outside influences which would ordinarily cause them to draw a different conclusion. 
  
Groupthink requires Individuals to avoid raising controversial Issues or alternative solutions, and there is loss of Individual creativity, uniqueness and, of course, Independent Thinking. The dysfunctional group dynamics of the "ingroup" produces an "illusion of invulnerability" (an inflated certainty that the right Decision has been made). Thus the "ingroup" significantly overrates its own abilities in Decision-making and significantly underrates the abilities of its opponents (the "outgroup"). Furthermore, groupthink can produce dehumanizing actions against the "outgroup".  

 

Further, Groupthink is an endemic problem of Groups and Bureaucracies charged with making Decisions when the Decision Makers use peer pressure to limit debate, enforce an often enforce a false consensus, and avoid conflict and attack any and all opposition based on their Value System and Rules of Societal Conduct. 
 
Groupthink is similar to other forms of Social influence and etiquette such as Political Correctness in that one element of groupthink is the suppression of options, ideas, and viewpoints that are outside of the status quo or the comfort zone of a subset of the Decision-makers. 
  
Groupthink is used in hierarchical groups to preserve the power and prestige of the Leadership who view underlings with suspicion and challenges to their ideas as attacks on their authority. 
  
Groupthink is also common in groups of true peers where Individuals will avoid conflict or expressing a diversity of ideas to avoid giving offense, being seen as foolish or outlandish, or avoid sticking out or making waves.   

 

Groupthink results in suboptimal Decisions as only a limited set of options are considered and debate is suppressed. Logic, Scientific, and rational paths to reach Decisions are abandoned in favor of speedy, irrational but "feel good" solutions. Individual concerns are not voiced or are ignored and the well-being of the Group Dynamic is placed above making optimal Decisions or in behavior. 

 

Eight Signs of Groupthink: 
  
1. A shared illusion of invulnerability, which leads to an extraordinary degree of over-optimism and risk-taking. 
  
At the very least, the primary terrorists have acted solely on their best interests, not those of Society, the Institutions they work for or even their fellow Group Members. It's none for all and all for the primary terrorists. 
  
A perfect example of this is occurring right now in Colorado as outlined by VPCG Economic Analysts: 
  
Then again, historically Democrats do not have an appreciate for Job Creators and there are a pair of Democrats in Colorado right now who need to recognize their State’s and Personal debt to SVC’s President. SVC and its affiliates have brought 2,750+ jobs to Colorado and $975 Billion Economic wealth over 14 years between 2003-2017.  
  
Further, Governor Jared Polis is openly homosexual and Attorney General Phil Weiser is a descendant of holocaust survivors, precisely the type of vulnerable groups that Sutton Viewpoint Center President/CEO President Phil Sutton wrote the International Responsibility to Protect Statutes to protect. The treatment he has received in Colorado has been the thanks he has received and there are consequences. 
  
2. Manifestations of direct pressure on Individuals who express disagreement with or doubt about the false consensus or viewpoint, making it clear that their dissent is contrary to the expected behavior of loyal Group Members. 
  
Everyone in the United States had the opportunity to view the compilations of all the Evidence involved with the Former Montana Scandal between June 14, 2012 and January 22, 2014, when SVC's President recorded his International Complaint officially became effective. Virtually no one in the USA ever bothered to inquire because of the Group Think mentality, but those in Russia, China and other Nations who had been routinely lectured by the USA about their Human Rights violations had and still enjoy a feeding frenzy regarding information evolving from the al Qaeda-gate and Colorado, not Montana. They have been far more aberrant in Colorado.    

 

3. Fear of disapproval for deviating from the Group Consensus, which leads each Member to avoid voicing his misgivings and even to minimize to himself the importance of his doubts when most of the others seem to agree on a Proposed course of action. 
  
Here is a clear delineation between what happened in Missoula and Bozeman. 5,221 Former University of Montana Students took advantage of the clemency offers, but few if any took advantage in Bozeman. This is probably because the Student Population in Missoula is far more diverse than in Bozeman. It is far more difficult to oppress freer-thinking minds than it is in a very close-minded Community.  
  
The terrorists in Colorado Springs and the Denver metro area are utterly unapologetic for what they have done. They have done some things during the first nine months the Suttons were in Colorado that terrorists in Montana couldn't do in 12½ years.
 
4. A shared illusion of unanimity within the group concerning all the main Judgments expressed by Members who speak in favor of the majority viewpoint, partly resulting from the preceding symptom, which contributes to the false assumption that any Individual who remains silent during any part of the discussion is in full accord with what the others are saying. 
 
This explains why the terrorists have been able to Live with their treatment of SVC's President. Just like with the Nazis and White supremacists, they know it is wrong; they know it is criminal and they also know they have gotten away with before with other Victims. 

SVC's President's primary "crime" is having the undaunted courage to stand up to them and making sure they will be brought to Justice.    
 
This is particularly true in Colorado because SVC's President has been the sole target of their venom. It has also exposed the very real possibility that the terrorists assumed need to keep SVC's President pinned down in Montana for years may instead be al Qaeda's desire to keep SVC's President out of Colorado and separate him from his base of power through SVC. 
  
As soon SVC Publicly called for the Missoula terrorists to come clean and the Dennis and Phyllis Washington expressed their discontent with the University of Montana and the Sexual assault Scandal to the point they would stop their generous donations, UM President Royce Engstrom hired Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge to murder SVC's President. 
  
Only in the psychotic culture of the Former Montana Scandal can a paid assassin fail to murder his first known Victim, murder at least 21 others and still wear a badge; the Governor of the State pay hush money as State Attorney General to cover up two Private videos of the beating; cause nearly 315,000+ Groupthinkers to gang-up on the Victim instead of joining him in his attempt to quell the corruption; and President of the United States to actively work to suppress the story, forcing the Victim to go International in his quest for Justice on August 27, 2012.
  
The Kushnir's Testimony and collaborative Evidence have proven that there was a similar plot to not only destroy Phil Sutton's reputation, but to assassinate him in Colorado. Again, SVC's President is the lone target in Colorado and neither Trump's Federal Authorities nor Polis' State Authorities made any attempt to stop the Kushnir's escape back to Crimea in June 2019. The Russian Authorities had to apprehend the Kushnirs instead.

 

This is the same Russian Government which has been accused of poisoning Political Opponent Alexie Navalny and everyone cares about what is happening to him in the United States. Just a slight double standard that the Biden Administration and the American Mass Media must explain satisfactorily to the International Tribunals and International Investigators.

 

5. Stereotyped viewpoints of the enemy Leaders as evil, often accompanied by the assumption that they are too weak or too stupid to deal effectively with whatever risky attempts are made to outdo them. 
  
This is the ideal description of Trump's attitude towards his enemies and what has transpired with the Make Victims Units in Missoula and fellow travelers in all of the Libraries in and around both of Montana's University Towns. SVC's President has not even been guilty of even a minor traffic offense, although he has spent 43 days in jail; had a bogus criminal record which has barred him from Professional Contracts in his Businesses and made it difficult to find Public assistance in Housing, Clothing and transportation, just as the MVU's intended. In some quarters his Life has been systematically ruined just as over seven thousand others that can be proved and are known.   
 
In Colorado, SVC's President hadn't had the chance to get settled. The Sutton Family has had to switch places, elongating their separation; sell their home in Colorado Springs before they were ready and watch their financial situation deteriorate completely.  
 
These are the damages along with the Copyright and Patent infringements (particularly in all the Libraries) which have translated into massive Judgments against the Individuals, Private Business & Institutions and most certainly against their Public counterparts which give the International Community almost carte blanche power t do whatever they want to satisfy their burgeoning International Assessment (Judgments for Victims of al Qaeda-gate).    
 
6. An unquestioned belief in the inherent morality of the in-group, which inclines the Members to ignore the ethical or moral consequences of their Decisions. 

 

This is probably the most prominent aspect of the groupthink amongst the terrorists of al Qaeda-gate.  
 
The terrorists just cannot bring themselves to recognize what they are doing is not only morally and ethically wrong but is profound serial criminality which the World has rarely seen. Instead, it is their Victims "who have to know they are wrong" when they are as innocent as doves. 
 
The terrorists actually believe that the Victims have in some way deserved the treatment they received. Their mentality here is really sick. The terrorists just know the Women who have been raped with impunity somehow deserved it; ditto with Trowbridge's Victims; and those who have been systematically ruined by the MVU's, including the Insurance departments in both Colorado and Montana. 

 

Now two of the Elected Officials responsible for this are in the US House of Representatives from Montana and the US Senate from Colorado. If this does not alarm Americans and move them to help the Victims of al Qaeda-gate, especially after the insurrection at the US Capitol January 6th, then something is seriously rotten in the United States!!!!!!! 
  
It is part of the terrorists' Third Stage Psychotic Denial that not only denies that their inevitable day of reckoning is coming, but actually allows them to conceive plots to frame their Victims with crimes or infractions which cause them to be expelled from Public Institutions or be jailed. The MVU's and like-minded terrorists of al Qaeda-gate are absolute Experts on this.
 
Again, the World has rarely seen so much violence and terror focused upon just one Individual: SVC's President. Indeed, no one can find any other person in Human History who has had to endure such defamation and intimidation!!!!!!! 
 
7. The emergence of self-appointed mind guards within the group Members who take it upon themselves to protect the Leaders and fellow Members from adverse information that may prevent them from being able to continue their shared sense of complacency about the effectiveness and morality of past Decisions. 
 
Again, the terrorists of al Qaeda-gate by Definition. There has never been a time any of the terrorists have been fair enough to inquire with SVC's President or other legitimate, objective source whether or not what is being said about him is true. This is because the primary terrorists have made sure their version of the story is the correct one - or else!!!!!!!! 
  
The universal belief amongst the 5,221 "Confessors" was that they would suffer horrible reprisals and become Victims themselves if they ever dared question the mantras against Phil Sutton. 
 
What gave them clearance to come forward was the courage the two Private video makers showed when they came forward and suffered no reprisals and their own guilty conscious once they left the Missoula terrorist environment.  
 
Recently, the terrorists have resorted to actually attempting to make SVC's President the primary perpetrator. It was he who started it; he who is way out of line and he who is responsibility for the calamities soon to befall Colorado. 
  
The fact is SVC's President has always reacted to the terrorists' provocations. He has never initiates any actions on his own. It is the terrorists who have escalated the conflict to its present state which includes the George Floyd and US Capitol riots, etc.

The easy way one can delineate who is ultimate responsible for this debacle is who are the ones who keep hacking away at their Victim. SVC's President and SVC Chief Investigator Gary Norman do not return the terrorists' crap with reciprocal acts, they just take note of it, take "the mug shot" and just go on their way. There have been times some of the terrorists have attempted to provoke fights and have become even more irate when they fail to provoke physical violence.  
 
8. Shared efforts to construct rationalizations in order to be able to ignore warnings and other forms of negative feedback, which, if taken seriously, would lead the Members to reconsider the assumptions they continue to take for granted each time they recommit themselves to their past Policy Decisions. 
 
This is how the News Media was tamed and how everyone could ignore both abundant and growing Evidence that it just is not so as far as SVC's President is concerned. The pictures of massive bruises on Phil's eyes and leg and videos of how he is a victim of Police violence have been distributed to just about every News Media outlet in the United States of America. This has been inexplicably ignored as prima facie Evidence of Police violence.

Worse, Bill Barr, a White Man, was the US Attorney General when Rodney King was beaten by Los Angeles Police in 1991 and George Floyd was murdered by Minneapolis Policeman Derek Chauvin in 2020. Both Black Men received some semblance of Justice and National coverage of the crimes committed against them.

 

Missoula County Deputy Christian Knebe rammed Phil's head into concrete wall and the Missoula Detention Center Staff left him to die of a cerebral hemorrhage due to a severe concussion in a maximum security cell where the staff tortured prisoners for confessions in 2008; and Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge nearly beat Phil to death using a Soviet Gulag Technique designed to cause an agonizing death through kidney failure in 2012.

 

Both Law Enforcement Officers are White and still wear badges in Missoula. Eric Holder, a Black Man, was US Attorney General when requests for Justice were made on Phil's behalf. The Victim, a White Man, is still awaiting Justice 14 and 10 years later. Both King and Floyd were convicted violent felons, Phil has not even been found guilty of a speeding ticket on his record.
  
Again, such injustice is inexplicable in any normal sense. The terrorists have created the conditions themselves which make it look like the mantras are correct. The whole bit about the luggage; massive efforts to discredit in ways still not known to Phil, SVC or the International Community;  and all the alterations of his Work, Health, Naval and other Personal records have been the primary tools utilized. That's why Federal Judges have voiced concern over this because if they can do it to a Person like Phil Sutton, no one is safe.   
 
Another way one could readily delineate who are the criminals is how the terrorists constantly guilty-trip SVC's President and want him to feel self-conscience in various ways. If the idea is to make him feel guilty about bringing these thugs to Justice, it has utterly failed. 

 

Seriously, if they wanted SVC's President to feel guilty about anything he allegedly done, the terrorists would have been better treating him the utmost kindness so he would have something for which to feel guilty. No one could possibly feel guilty about anything when he or she has been treated like SVC's President has. 

 

It is also interesting to note that even in Colorado Springs, the Denver metro area, Missoula and Bozeman there are more Individuals who are completely in the dark about all this because of the lack of news Media coverage, have not been in the loop and treat SVC's President just fine. Somehow, they have managed to stay away from the worst criminal scandal in US History even though their neighbor next door may be very much be a part of it. 
 
That's how close-knit the terrorists are. Only they could think that way and actually believe in what they do. That's why so many of the terrorists - both Foreign and Domestic - have been young College Students. They are still vulnerable to the cliquishness of their High School and younger days and are far more likely to fall victim to groupthink. It doesn't excuse them but helps to explain why the vast majority of the known terrorists of al Qaeda-gate are/have been College Students. 
  
Referring back to Genetic aspect of groupthink, Studies show that Whites are far more likely to drift into groupthink than any other Racial or Ethnic Group. Interestingly, 34% of the population in Vermont are of German Descent in some way or the other and this is easily the most of any State. While roughly one in four Americans are of German Descent, including America's former President, two in five Coloradans and Montanans are of the same ethnic background. 

 

There are no Studies to prove there is a link to a Nazi-like groupthink and those of that descent, but you have to wonder. From the get-go, the Deputy International Prosecutors from Poland, Slovakia and the Ukraine saw the link between the mentality and behavior terrorists of Former Montana Scandal and the Nazis. 
 
In November 2007, US District Judge Leoni Brinkema Ruled that for the sake of the deliberating Grand Juries that the terrorists could not utilize their Job Descriptions as a Defense for stalking, cyber stalking and criminal defamation and intimidation because of their vicious, malicious criminal intent towards SVC's President and their other Victims in the al Qaeda-gate scandal. That aspect would defeat any Legal Defense in Court, anyway. If individuals wish to defame, discredit, intimidate, ridicule, make fun of, etcetera and have the very definite intent to harm someone, then what they are committing is a crime.

 

Very definitely on the Agenda during the COP 26 Summit in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom was how to utilize the United Nations and The Hague to enforce International expectations concerning Climate Change.

 

The process of International Law Enforcement began with the World Trade Organization in 1995 to address International Trade concerns, but the necessity to punish criminal behavior had not been addressed. The Rome Statutes in 2003 created the International Criminal Court and Phil’s Authorship of the International Responsibility to Protect Statutes in 2005 put the meat on the skeleton.

 

It is the case of Phillip B Sutton v United States of America, recorded in 2012, which has tested the process to the hilt. The tentativeness of the International Community to take action against the United States has been because of Barack Obama’s and the American News Media’s treachery; Donald Trump’s pomposity and the International Community’s natural preference that Americans solve their own internal scandals.

 

Indeed, the Evidence that can incontrovertibly prove the Obama Administration conspired to bury Phil’s International Complaint is still growing. Connecting the proverbial dots is becoming an exercise in serendipity.

 

By concocting the Benghazi episode, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, et al, are complicit in Former University of Montana President Royce Engstrom’s assassination plot against Phil and the murders of the four US Diplomats at the Benghazi Consulate. That is all the International Criminal Court needs to make an example of them that the rest of the World will not soon forget.

 

Of course, the American People should have demanded long ago the Resignations and prosecution of those that had betrayed their trust, but they have not. This constitutes an utter breakdown of what Thomas Jefferson and his fellow Founders meant for Americans and our Democracy. 

 

Then came the the 1/6 US Capitol Insurrection. No one in the United States seems to see what the World saw in it all Minute One. It was an act of treachery no one ever thought possible in the United States. That’s why the United States of America is no longer considered to be a full-fledged Democracy and will have to meet several United Nations requirements to return to be considered a full-fledged Democracy, not the least of which is to put down al Qaeda-gate.

 

It is not just the terrorists and fellow travelers who are stuck in groupthink. There is no way to get around it, but the American News Media have its favorites. Below is an urgent plea from the Sutton Family in June 2020 for coverage of what has happened to them: 

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO FAMILIES WHO ARE VICTIMS OF POLICE VIOLENCE

 

For every killing or injury from Police violence that grabs National attention in the United States, there are hundreds of others that do not.

In these circumstances, Police Departments face far less Public pressure to pay damages, Officers are even less likely to be disciplined and places the Victim's Life and those of his Family in continual danger of reprisal if they do attempt to bring attention to it. It also places other Families at risk because now these rogue cops know they can get away with it.

 

The Patriarch of our Family has survived three Domestic assassination attempts by Law Enforcement and one Foreign attempt by al Qaeda-paid assassins. He has been the target of continual harassment and gaslighting by Police and by terrorists who hope to Victimize him through Police.  

The fact that the US News Media has chosen to ignore these four attempts when far less serious incidents have been made against others that have been covered is very troubling for our Family.

 

For instance, Rodney King was a convicted felon and was in the process of committing other crimes when LA Police beat him. Those Policemen went to prison. Jonathan Stineford, Christian Knebe and Kurt Trowbridge still wear a badges in Missoula, Montana and still have not been brought to Justice.

The injustice done has no words and is beyond any description. 

 

What does the Sutton Family have to do for our Fellow Americans to insist on Justice for Phil and our Family? What?!!!!!!!

Our Family has sought redress at all levels in the United States and found no other recourse but to pursue an ever-growing case at The Hague.

When Foreign intervention becomes necessary to attain simple Justice, it is always messy. It requires Us to feel abandoned by our Fellow Americans and view them as traitors.

 

Worse, we must accept that extremely unfortunate things must happen to the United States that the natural support that the International Community expected to see for Us and has seen Americans and the News Media provide for Rodney King, George Floyd and their Families could have prevented from becoming necessary.
