The four years that we have made this Presentation and we realized the International Community is not used to hearing a pair of teenagers before the General Assembly of the United Nations. At least now we are Division I College Students and Athletes. This year we have a very serious message that is very fitting for the United Nations 79th Anniversary.

 

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has stated unequivocally the world is in peril. He made his case through invoking the obvious adverse effects of Climate Change; the Russian war against Ukraine; the war between Hamas terrorists and Israel; the threat of nuclear war; the threat to Democracy and Human Rights; the American Organized Terrorism Opprobrium; the lingering health and economic impacts of the covid-19 pandemic, and on and on.

 

Our First Cousin five times removed Franklin Delano Roosevelt conceived the United Nations and hoped that a lasting Peace would finally come to a war-torn World in 1945. The UN's destiny must be to fulfill that Vision and make it reality.

 

Our first Ancestors to come to these shores were all refugees from Religious oppression in western Europe. The Cossart, Delano, Lannoy, Quincy and Robinson Families were some of the first White Europeans that came to Plymouth Rock, Turkey Island in Chesapeake Bay or here in New Amsterdam, now New York City.

 

Perhaps, it is from this Religious oppression that the fierce defense of Human Rights which would be witnessed in their Descendants - John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Franklin & Eleanor Roosevelt and our own Parents, Angelica and Phil Sutton - originated.

 

Our Father has noted that it is the Family Business to write the most important Legal and Political Documents in History. Our Cousins Thomas Jefferson was the primary Author of the Declaration of Independence; James Madison was the primary Author of the US Constitution and Eleanor Roosevelt was the primary Author the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and our own Father was the primary Author of the International Responsibility to Protect Principle.

 

Thomas and James were Attorneys, Eleanor and our Father are not. Doesn't matter. It is the passion with which they wrote these Documents that matters. Families from generation to generation often pursue the same interests and the same issues.

 

Below is George Washington’s Family Genealogy that is virtually identical to our Family’s. George is a direct Descendant of William I and Henry I; our Family are Descendants of Henry’s older Sister Adela, who became a Catholic Saint.

 

SVC conducted a Public Policy Forum Series in the United Kingdom in the run-up to the Coronation of King Charles III, Our Father was shown a Memorial to Saint Adela in Cardiff, Wales, created by her Son, King Stephen I. This proved conclusively that our Family Members are direct descendants of William I and Queen Maud!

 

The Memorial also indicated that it was Theobald II, the Count of Champagne, Saint Adela's Second Son, who is our 25th Generation Ancestor and he had descendants who married into Charlemagne's Family as well as became Kings of the Franks, Crete and Jerusalem. Our Family Values go back more than a millennium!

 

For three decades in the United States there has been much unrest over police and gun violence. Perspective has become lost all too easily.

 

First, hindsight is always 20-20. What we accept as wrong now was not so wrong in their Lifetimes. It does not justify the untoward attitudes of yesteryear, but it allows us in our Lifetimes to appreciate where Human Civilization has come from and gives us a baseline from which to move forward. There is nothing we can do about the past, but everything we can do in the future, as our Father often reminds us all.

 

Second, a Person’s motivations may have reasons that no one else could understand, but to the Person is all important. Our Family story about why Robert E. Lee fought on the Confederate side during the American Civil War is an excellent example.

 

In June 1971, our Great Grandmother, Anna Marshall Jones Whitehair, took our Father, his Brother Stuart and his Sister Karen on a tour of Civil War sites and Harper’s Ferry where John Brown made his raid in 1859, teaching them about the importance of History. The Tour had a profound effect upon our Father’s and Aunt Karen’s future.

 

Aunt Karen was just five years old then, but it inspired her Academic Study of the Abolitionist Movement. Her Senior Paper and Master Thesis were all on the topic.

 

Our Father returned home to Montana and proudly boasted to his Father, Marshall Lee Whitehair, that he would have fought on the Union side during the Civil War. Our Grandfather laughed. He said that his three Children were “born rebels” - looked at our Ancestry and you can see why - and called his own Mother, the Tour Guide, an “unreconstructed rebel.”

 

Our Grandfather then told our Father why his namesake fought on the Confederate side. When General Lee was first Appointed General of Army of Northern Virginia in 1862 by Confederate President Jefferson Davis he had a frank conversation with Davis after a Cabinet meeting.

 

The General told his President that he believed slavery was wrong and he believed secession was unconstitutional. Davis, practically apoplectic at this point, asked, “Then why are you here General?” He responded, “Five Generations of the Lee Family have been born and raised in Virginia and I could no sooner raise my sword against Virginia than my own Family.“

 

When Virginia seceded from the Union, North Carolina, Tennessee and Arkansas quickly followed. Days before, the Civil War started when South Carolina Militia fired upon Fort Sumter in April 1861. Virginia was the key to the viability of the Confederacy and to Bobby Lee’s Decision whose Army he would Command because both Davis and Union President Abraham Lincoln wanted him as their Commander.

 

Inexplicably, this story had been lost to History until our Father discussed it in the Introduction to his new book, TRAILBLAZER TO REVIVAL OF THE AMERICAN DREAM. His Concept of the General Semantics of History had its genesis that Summer over a half century ago and became the basis for “closing the circle” on John Locke’s Natural Law Theory and Thomas’ expansion of the Age of Enlightenment.

 

Third, our perspectives are tainted by how we interpret our experiences and how others treat their fellow Human Beings. Prejudice is taught. No one is exempt. That said, everyone is responsible for how they think, feel and act.

 

When we were in fifth and sixth grade, Marti was picked upon by one of our Classmates. She was a big Girl, dumpy, not very smart or popular. Marti finally decided to retaliate and did. She got in trouble and our Teacher called our Parents and told them what happened.

 

Both sets of Parents and our Teacher had a conference. Our Father decided he wanted to Teach us not to retaliate, but deal with it with the intent of Teaching this Girl a lesson she would not forget.

 

It was abundantly obvious why this Girl had it in for Marti. Marti is athletic, gorgeous, very smart and popular and her attacker was anything but. Our Father taught us how to ignore slights, return fire in appropriate ways and whenever Marti became angry about what this b-i-t-c-h did, he would say, “Marti, you are talking and thinking like a Martian again.”

 

“Martian” is a play on Marti’s name and it caused her to laugh and forget her anger. It worked. Every once and awhile when Marti is upset, our Father calls her a Martian again. All Children should have the Father we have!!!!!!!

 

We will not reiterate all the travails our Father has been through even before we were born, but it is significant he not returned his enemies malice in kind. Instead, he has followed the lead of the International Tribunals and UN and sought a Peaceful solutions and helped create an International Justice System that is inspired by Jesus' Golden Rule.

 

The Key is the intent to punish the traitors/terrorists in such a way that they will intimately know the suffering they have inflicted upon others for the rest of their lives! No one will ever want to emulate them!

 

On Monday, October 21, 2024, International Investigators discovered the true roots of the AOTO and know who are Osama bin Laden's American surrogates who started the whole mess in the first place!

“...FDR addressed his concern that the cause of Human Rights and Democracy was at the greatest risk in history. At that time he was unquestionably correct. No one could have foreseen, however, what would happen 728 months later when al Qaeda became the first foreign enemy to successfully attack the United States mainland in 187 years....

 

“...According to the 9/11 Commission Report, al Qaeda created a 60-nation confederacy of organized terrorism during the 1990's. Al Qaeda's paramount target has been the United States. No one knows that better than I.

 

“In 2007, al Qaeda founder Osama bin Laden designated me as his only “worthy adversary” in the west and already had launched organized terrorism's greatest assault on a single individual in history.

 

“From bin Laden's viewpoint, he had good reason to despise me. I had been the American fundamentally responsible for his exile from Saudi Arabia. I led America's original sorties into Afghanistan and I wrote the International Responsibility To Protect Statutes that essentially codified into International Law NATO's right to attack the Taliban government after 9/11.

 

“For all my dedicated Public Service, the Obama Administration refused to protect me and thousands of others in Missoula County, Montana, USA, against the ravages of domestic terrorism led and sponsored by al Qaeda....

 

“...Exactly 80 years to the day after FDR's speech, the greatest internal challenge to American Democracy occurred. On January 6, 2021, the U.S Capitol was plundered by Trump supporters in an attempt to keep him in power. Only recently has this activity been viewed as the outright treason to the United States of America that it is.

 

“International and Private Investigators have always insisted that there was only one distinction between the al Qaeda terrorists which hit America on 9/11/2001 in New York and at the Pentagon; on 9/11/2012 at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya; and on 1/6/2021 at the U.S. Capitol: their nationality.

 

“Suffice it to say, there are at least 427,000 Americans who have chosen to adopt organized terrorism's viewpoint of the world and believe violence and conflict is the way to settle matters.”

 

The United Nations no longer views the United States as a Democratic Nation and wholesale reforms are necessary. In fact, the only two Permanent Members of the United Nations Security Council that are not under scrutiny by the International Tribunals and International Prosecutor's Office is France and the United Kingdom.

 

Russia, China, and the USA are all under Investigation for serious violations of International Law. In historic perspective, the USA is in league with Pol Pot's Cambodia, Josef Stalin's Soviet Union, Adolf Hitler's Germany and Omar Bashir's Sudan in terms of Human Rights violations and Crimes Against Humanity.

 

The only solution is a concerted effort by the International Community to crackdown on any nation, its leadership, and/or private individuals which/who are in noncompliance of International Law in any way, shape or form. Having a veto in the UN Security Council, not having signed the Statutes of Rome, and all the other excuses suggested by despots cannot be obstacles to bringing them to International Justice.

 

Our Father has Recommended the following:

 

“The time has come that an International Declaration of Independence against oppression and terrorism be adopted and strictly enforced by the International Community...

 

“As a crucial first step in the universal enforcement of International and applicable National Laws in each country, the American criminal scandal known the American Opprobrium will be put down with all due dispatch.

 

“The International Tribunals and their Partner US Federal Courts have laid the groundwork for both civil as well as criminal justice. Anyone who attempts to obstruct this justice to be applied will themselves be considered fugitives from International Justice and will be treated accordingly...

 

“Those interested in participating in this historic crusade creating a better world for all and the writing the International Declaration of Independence, can join SVC's Trailblazer Coalition to work on realizing our ultimate Goal: the Dream of a Peaceful World where all inhabitants are achieving their Divine Destiny.

Many years ago, Jack asked our Mother why the Kennedy Brothers were assassinated and why they attempted to assassinate our Father three (now eight) times.
