SOCIAL SECURITY SMOKING GUN

The attached letter from the Social Security Administration to SVC's President, Phil Sutton, dated May 7, 2020, show incontrovertibly that he is eligible for Social Security Retirement Benefits. In a letter dated February 1, 2024, SSA told him he was ineligible for life.

While the declared benefits are about a fourth of what they should be, it does fully admit for everyone to see the outrage of "Cindy's" criminal malfeasance in the Colorado Springs, Colorado, SSA office.

Throughout the American Criminal Opprobrium, some of the key words have been "never intended." The State of Montana never intended to renew his Professional Insurance Licenses; the State of Colorado never intended to grant those same licenses even after SVC's President stellar 32-year career in the field and now the SSA never intended to payout benefits to SVC's President that he has earned after 50 years of work. These traitors/ terrorists have just plain targeted SVC's President for all this grief for reasons which remain a mystery because he never did anything to remotely provoke such treatment; save stand up to Osama bin Laden for the benefit of all Americans and, indeed, the world!

Now, States can deny licensing; employers can deny work/employment; governments and organizations can deny services; etc., etc., etc., but SSA cannot deny Retirement Benefits to Americans it itself admits have earned them. That is why the line must be truly drawn here.

All this has not been some gross bureaucratic mistake, the laws have been changed or anything of the kind, it has been the intentional disparaging of man who has helped several times more individuals around the world than the United States has people. That's all!

This SSA letter was discovered by SVC President's Twins Marti & Jack. It was in a stack of mail left outside the Sutton home during the covid-19. Marti and Jack found it on the same day when their elder Sister, Alicia, presided over the SVC North American National Chairs Summit and the now infamous Vote in the United Nations General Assembly on Palestinian Statehood was taken. All of which shows how far the USA has strayed from its once vaunted position in the world.

 

(UPDATE 8/5/2024: One year after the Biden Administration failed to accept a $1.4 trillion per annum Settlement of the $250 Trillion  International Judgment against the United States, the Judgment is now over $1 quadrillion. A subsequent Judgment levied against the Social Security Administration six months later has been served and executed. The Social Security Program will officially be closed on 16 August 2024.)

 

(UPDATE 8/9/2024: The Social Security Administration is playing dangerous games again. Because SVC's President has been refused his Welcome Medicare Package with his Verification Letter, Medicare card, etc. in what is supposed to be his automatic qualification month (he turns 65 this month), a whole new cloud over all U.S. Government Benefit Programs has been raised. The American People may now lose all of them.

Once again, this was done intentionally to SVC's President specifically. SVC's President called to request the package and they hung up on him.)

As SVC's President loves to point out, you can readily see the hand of God in all this! The day after his 62nd Birthday in Japan, when he technically became eligible for Social Security, the Creator told him: "I have allowed Satan's people to destroy your life and now I am building something better in its place." We are now seeing evidence in the fulfillment of that promise!
