Is anyone tired of all the nonsense that is transpiring around world, especially in the United States? Decisions have been made that will make sure 2024 will be the year of serious reckoning for many of those tired old problems and those who are responsible.
SVC has shown the same defiance to the corrupt powers as Jesus did in his time. Jesus said the above to his Supporters who were concerned Herod would try to murder him. Jesus knew all along he would get the best of his adversaries and accomplish his reason for being. So does SVC and its Founder.
For instance, four years ago the International Community started joking about seizing and selling Trump Tower at auction. That is not a joke anymore, it will be fact and the proceeds will go to Former Chief International Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda and Director of Jurisdiction, Complementarity & Cooperation Division, Phankiso Mochochoko. They deserve it! Trump placed Sanctions on them when they were investigating War Crimes in Afghanistan. More Judgments and initial Indictments will be forthcoming upon the completion of the International and US Federal Investigations!!!!!!!
Trump can play his delaying tactic game for only so long, even in the United States. The International Prosecutor's Office has noted that Trump has been Indicted on 91 felony counts with The Hague knowing it could end the menagerie any time by arresting Trump on International charges. It is a joke that Trump will ever be allowed to be President of the United States again.
Further, Special Counsel Jack Smith has stepped up his efforts on his 1/6 Investigation. Smith, a Former International Investigator himself, intentionally went after charges against Trump concerning the Classified Document scandal because he didn't know what Trump's culpability was, but he knew everything about 1/6 because of the work the Hague and SVC's Investigators had done.
Now Smith is claiming he has the proverbial "smoking gun" against Trump and intends to finally put an end to Trump's malfeasance while in office and criminality at the U.S. Federal level. These events are being added to the long list of triumphs SVC and its President can finally rightly trumpet!
Likewise, the Biden Administration burned its bridges with SVC's President and all SVC Allied Advocates worldwide over the Griner Release and the Russian Gambit involved then and now, exactly what to do with the $250 trillion International Judgment against the US Government which has more than doubled over the past nine months could be a gift which will keep giving for years to come and make the United States of America a model nation again or be its ruin if that is what Americans and their Leaders decide!
It was disclosed during the SVC Public Policy Forum at the Reagan Presidential Library on 6 February 2024 that SVC's President, Phil Sutton, has been denied his Social Security Retirement Benefits. How? He is 64 years old and has been paying into the SSI Trust Fund fund for 49.5 years, giving him 198 work credits. Any American is required to have just 40 work credits to qualify for SSI Retirement Benefits. SVC's President has almost five times that amount, so how could he be turned down?
The matter has been turned over to the International Tribunals and their U.S. Federal Court Partners. Already the Attorneys involved are saying that with all that has happened to SVC's President during the American Criminal Opprobrium, this was a line that the U.S. Government and the traitors/terrorists dare not cross. Now they are outright stealing from SVC's President. Those Benefits are his - period!
The Courts are likely to Order that the entire SSI Trust Fund be turned over to SVC's President to satisfy the International Judgment against the United States handed down 21 April 2024. In answer to a question about what happened, SVC's President quipped in a Reagan-isk manner, "Go ahead, make my day."
The only area SVC's President will not touch is National Defense, save moving the Air Force Academy to the areas where the State of Jefferson will be and utilizing US Troops to supplement UN Peacekeepers in putting down the American Opprobrium. But the sky is the limit and SVC's President and SVC own the United States, Colorado and Montana Governments lock, stock and barrel.
After the stunts having to do with the Martel estate - including the Collier gambit and Bill Martel's attempt to keep the property at 2512 Spring Creek Drive protected from all legal action by giving Colliers a contract for deed - and attempts to legally defeat the Federal Judgments issued by the International Tribunals and their Partner Federal Courts, any further activities of that nature will simply be ignored and appropriate enforcement measures taken forthwith.
What is ironic is the traitors/terrorists set the ground rules for their own self-destruction. They insisted on systematically destroying the lives of others without cause, so their lives must be ruined in righteous retribution and as an apt example of never again. Civilization will not tolerate those who think, talk and act as they do.
The traitors/terrorists insisted on discrediting and blacklisting their Victims and denying them basic means of support, so the traitors/ terrorists will be denied ever having a home, job, car, etc and must die as a homeless disgrace and knowing the pain they inflicted upon their Victims, either directly or indirectly or allowing it to happen when they could have stopped it.
Fittingly, the traitors/terrorists will wear clothing which states to the world who they really are and as a warning to others not to emulate them.
Justice has been denied thousands of innocent Americans as they have been forced to accept their treatment as fair when others have been lionized for enduring the same injustices.
Statistically, SVC's President has become the most persecuted human being known to history. This is not hyperbole, it is simple fact. His calls for Justice for himself and his fellow Victims have been met with derision and scorn. Complaints about the punishment for the traitors/terrorists will be met with the same deaf ears and those who help the traitors/ terrorists will soon join them.
Public Officials - either elected or appointed - and Public Employees who have violated the Public Trust and/or have committed their crimes in public with the expressed purpose to further inflict public ridicule and ignominy upon their Victims or used their offices power to cover-up such criminal activity will be punished most severely.
Worse, if the traitors/terrorists have raised a person's anticipation of self-improvement - receiving college degrees, or professionally licenses and professional certifications - and caused them to undergo fulfillment of the requirements for such professional degrees, licenses or certification and never intended to grant such no matter how well the Candidate fulfilled the requirements will not only lose the power to grant and offer such professional degrees, licenses or certifications, but lose such themselves and the institutions they work for and/or represent will be forever banned from granting and offering such professional degrees, licenses or certification.
On top of that, the US Federal Court Partners have Ruled that if SVC's President cannot be Professionally Licensed in Colorado and Montana, ergo nobody can be.
Likewise, if SVC's President is not welcome on the University of Montana or UCCS campuses, then no one will be. If he is not welcome or treated with respect in Public Libraries or on Public transportation, no one will be. It is basic.
Indeed, SVC's President applied for his Social Security Benefits nearly five months ago, more than five times the maximum it was supposed to take to determine his Benefits (SSA stated it would be 2 to 4 weeks). How about if he doesn't receive Social Security Benefits, no one does? Imagine what that would mean to millions of Seniors? It is quite possible unless the attitude towards and treatment of SVC's President changes real fast.
The State of Colorado must be partitioned for at least three reasons. First, the State of Colorado has violated its own laws when it disbarred SVC's President 2018-2019. The State of Colorado would have closed any private institution or organization offering college degrees, or professional licensing or certifications if they acted in the way the State of Colorado did in SVC President's Professional Insurance Licensing case. Thus, the State of Colorado can never have this authority henceforth and entire Colorado University System and the DORA must be forever shutdown. Likewise, the State of Montana will lose its authority to license Insurance and Securities Professionals and the Office of the Montana State Auditor will be forever disbanded for its role in the scandal.
That said, only the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and the University of Colorado Denver deserve to be closed for its treatment of SVC's President and the UCD Pharmacy School for trafficking drugs which fund al Qaeda's and organized terrorism's operation in the USA, respectively. By partitioning Colorado, the remaining units of the CUS outside of Colorado Springs and the Denver Metro area may remain open with concomitant reforms.
Second, the current northeastern portion of the State of Colorado which will not be in the new State of Jefferson will be sequestered like a disease from the rest of Civilized Society just as Missoula County, Montana, will be, isolated and driven straight into the ground economically as an example of never again for becoming the modern Sodom and Gomorrah that they really are. The world must never know another Colorado or Missoula County. It is that important to everyone's future that this done.
Third, SVC does not want to have anything to do with disgraced Colorado and the partition would remove the SVC International Complex from Colorado's borders.
Accompanying these university closures in Colorado, the University of Montana - Missoula will be closed. Only the State of Colorado stands more offensive to the ideals of Human Rights and Justice than UM in this matter. The University of Montana has been the epicenter of the American Opprobrium and has never taken full responsibility for its role in creation of the Make Victims Units; the hiring of paid assassins to eliminate its enemies; the embezzlement of $12+ billion from the Montana University System; and the abuse of Women. The case in all four areas are incontrovertible and disgusting to behold.
The traitors/terrorists have been repeatedly warned this would be the case if they persisted, but they felt emboldened by it and ratcheted up their misbehaviors. It has been unbelievable that they would act this way in light of all that they, their Families, their communities, their States and now their nation would lose, but they have. They are thoroughly amoral and evil. They only care for themselves.
Now, the traitors/terrorists are testing what their limits are. Like little Children, their current behavior is testament to their Stage Third Psychotic Denial. They evidently do not understanding there are always consequences for behaving the way they do and always have and fulfilling the al Qaeda script perfectly. All that does is further justify the proposed retribution for all that they have done. It is pathetic and sad, but it is all they know to do.
Further, the traitors/terrorists have spent billions on a massive discrediting campaign against SVC's President. They have doctored his health, Education, Naval and criminal records to the point he could not recognize himself.
The traitors/terrorists have wrongfully accused him of six misdemeanors; wrongfully arrested him five times, four times with physical injury - twice with life-threatening damage to his body; wrongfully incarcerated him for over six weeks and attempted to murder him 15 times, three times by Missoula County, Montana, law enforcement paid through the Missoula City & County Governments and the University of Montana and three times by foreign al Qaeda operatives from Japan, the Philippines and Ukraine. The State of Montana has also paid hush money to keep videos of the Trowbridge beating under wraps.
All Adult Americans will be required to watch the SVC Documentary on the American Opprobrium and they will witness the brutality of the Trowbridge beating that the people in Missoula still insist never happened. One of the "charms" of the American Opprobrium is the traitors/terrorists often discredited accounts of some of their most horrendous crimes by saying, "You cannot believe we would do such a thing." They did.
As a further insult to America's Democracy and Justice, there are indications the traitors/terrorists are mounting yet another MVU-like (Make Victims Units) attempt to frame SVC's President. Nothing new there either. All they are asking for is a permanent sequestration of Colorado Springs by the United Nations just as Missoula County will be.
Why? What has SVC's President done to become the target of such savagery? SVC's President has never actually been guilty of even so much as a speeding ticket. Osama bin Laden designated him as his only worthy adversary and targeted him for all this grief. It can't possibly be that 527,000+ Americans support al Qaeda, could it? Then what has been the incentive?
To be clear, no one has ever denied these facts, at least publicly. Yet, SVC's President has suffered the emotional and mental anguish of knowing others have adjudged him guilty, worthy of the commission of nearly 400 million felonies against him and no one in officialdom has come to his defense, but long since should have. Why? Because they too have been involved in the American Opprobrium and are profound criminals.
On the hand, SVC has been publishing SVC INTERNATIONAL VIEWPOINT for going on 24 years now with over 2,000 Editions and some 33,000 Articles. Not once has the accuracy and veracity of any of these Articles been publicly contested. It is a remarkable journalistic Achievement that few publications of any kind can match and SVC is justifiably proud.
It is a shame that American mass media cannot claim to share in this excellence in journalism. America's mass media cannot even claim they have met the equal time standard. Not even close.
Although many argue that the Equal Time Rule is reasonable means to regulate the Public airwaves and prevent Broadcasters from using their Media power to promote a particular Candidate, cause or belief.
The same stipulation applies to free airtime and airtime covering all sides of an Issue. Although many argue that the Equal Time Rule is a reasonable means to regulate the Public airwaves and prevent Broadcasters from using their Media power to promote a particular Candidate or issue, others see it as a violation of the First Amendment Free Speech and Freedom of the Press Rights of Radio and Television Station Owners.
The Equal Opportunity Section (315) of the Communication Act of 1934 attempts to further First Amendment freedoms by providing that broadcast licensees must permit equal use of broadcast facilities to all legally qualified Candidates for Political office and that the broadcast licensee may not censor the Candidates’ messages.
Equal time rule remains enforceable
Often confused with the Fairness Doctrine - a Federal Communications (FCC) Policy concerned with the overall balance of broadcast programming and repealed in 1987-the Equal Opportunity Provision remains an enforceable Congressional Statute. The Law first emerged in the the Radio Act of 1927 and was established by the Communications Act of 1934.
Court upheld Right of 'reasonable access'
In October 1979, CBS, NBC, and ABC denied the Carter-Mondale Presidential campaign’s request to purchase 30 minutes of prime time, stating that the 1980 presidential campaign was not under way. The Carter-Mondale campaign filed a complaint that eventually appeared before the US Supreme Court. In a 5-4 Decision in CBS, Inc v FCC (1981), the Supreme Court upheld the Constitutionality of the campaign's right of “reasonable access” to the Broadcast Media.
International Tribunals & Partner US Federal Courts Rule in Favor of SVC & the American Independence Party
In a Ruling handed down by the International Tribunals and their Partner US Federal Courts on June 15, 2021, the Sutton Viewpoint Center’s Television Networks, SVC-TV; SVC-TV International; Black News Channel and/or assigns, have been Granted relief from American Broadcast Networks, Cable News Networks and Carriers blacklisting them from American airwaves.
In a previous Ruling, the Federal Communications Commission is Ordered to deny Licensing and Renewals to any Carrier who would not allow equal airtime to SVC Networks in all Media markets where the Licensed Networks had airtime.
SVC desires to reform American Mass Media, not replace it or close them down and sell all assets at auction. Neither SVC-TV or SVC-TV International have had equal access on the airwaves or Network and Cable News Services will be replaced forthwith.
The reason the Courts Ruled against CNN and Fox News specifically is their egregious violation Federal Equal Time Rule, CNN in favor of the Democrats and Fox in favor of the Republicans. They must either clean up their act or they will no long exist. The FCC has Ruled in favor of the latter.
The FCC is now facilitating the transition. The new SVC Peace & Democracy Channel will replace CNN and provide C-Span with competition for the first time; SVC-TV International will replace HLN; and SVC-TV will supplant Fox News by the Nielsen Spring Ratings Sweeps running this year between April 25th to May 22nd. SVC's Children's Day Celebration May 19th - on SVC-TV's 18th Anniversary of its debut - would be a good target date to complete the transition.
Further, if that slanted News Reporting has caused serious damages to the US Citizenry in general and in particular victims of violent crimes - more specifically those committed by Public Officials, both Elected and Appointed and Public Employees such as Law Enforcement - those Producers, Anchors, Editors and Writers who made those Decisions will be held civilly and criminally liable as individuals.
SVC Outreach efforts in the realm of Publishing, Writing and Public Policy Education, Advocacy and Consulting will be enhanced and protected by World Trade Organization (WTO) Rulings. Trailblazer of Revival of the American Dream has been welcomed by the American People for a change. That is a very good omen!
Obviously, those who have betrayed the Public Trust will be duly punished for their malfeasance while in office. This pertains to all levels of government in the USA. By the end of 2024, Americans will definitely know that Justice has returned once again to America.
Finally, for so long SVC's President has been concerned about the "collateral damage" which could occur for the "innocents", but sense the American People have never shown any concern what he and his fellow Victims have endured, how can SVC care about them and what happens to America in general? Seriously?
The Final Kibosh of the American Opprobrium carries a heavy social Responsibility. It is imperative that not only Justice be done for all the Victims, but make sure the punishment for the traitors/terrorists is sufficient to deter any such a reoccurrence again.
One of the most troubling aspects of the American Opprobrium is why so many Americans have gotten involved and what has motivated their profound narcissistic and criminal behavior from the top levels of business, public service organizations and government at all levels.
There can be no controversy that the American Opprobrium is very real or that the most foul activities of the traitors/terrorists have taken place. SVC has reported, for instance, that the University of Montana, City and County of Missoula governments raised at least $50,000 to pay Missoula Policeman Kurt Trowbridge to assassinate SVC's President using a Soviet Gulag Technique he learned as a Marine.
This is a rather fantastic allegation and one would think these government entities would go out of their way to deny the incident, let alone the implications of such a charge. Nary a word for going on 12 years now.
The traitors/terrorists have received good legal advice that any Public Statement would only invite an Investigation that should have been automatic 140 months ago after the State Investigator's picture of SVC President's injuries were made public and serious Public questions and Mass Media inquiries they have worked so hard to avoid in Missoula.
One of the strangest aspects of terrorism is that the perpetrators take pride in their acts of terror and want the world to know who is responsible. More importantly, they will get away with what they have done with impunity. In the case of the American Opprobrium, this has become manifestly obvious.
The traitors/terrorists have expended billions of dollars to discredit their prize Victim (SVC's President) and ruin his life, careers and reputation within the United States. They point to his destitution of their making as proof he is who and what they say he is and are certain no one will ever believe what the truth is and that their behavior could be so wretched, but it is!

Jesus warned the Jews of the consequences of rejecting the Creator's Message and following the hypocritical ways of the Sanhedrin and buckling under to the Romans. The penalty was exile from the Holy Land for nearly nineteen centuries and it took the International Community's sympathy after the Nazi Holocaust to restore a Jewish presence to Palestine.
As demonstrated by the reaction to the newest Benghazi Revelations, Americans and their Government are buying into the traitors/terrorists' mantra about SVC's President. Nothing new there.
The fact is that the consensus on the International Justice side of this is enough is enough and everyone has had it with American hypocrisy. What is new is the understanding that it is the American News Media which has acted against SVC's President & Vice President just as the US Military and Intelligence acted against the Kennedy Brothers 60 years ago.
The First Amendment Right of Freedom of the Press in the United States Constitution does not protect the Press when it has caused horrible suffering for their fellow Americans such as the Victims of the American Opprobrium when their Decisions on what to cover and how to cover it had not been egregiously self-serving.
These major new revelations are the result of the continuing Benghazi Revelations as well as the push to make the enforcement of International Law universal.
