Further incontrovertible evidence has emerged that the Missoulian where SVC’s President had worked and KECI-TV where SVC’s Vice President had worked knew of Plot behind the Trowbridge beating OVER 13 years ago and buried it. That is how then-Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg and then-Montana State Attorney General Bullock knew of the private videos that were taken and paid hush money to keep them hidden.
Then, SVC’s President recorded his International Complaint, this made it necessary for the Obama Administration's direct involvement because Barack Obama-Joe Biden Democratic National Ticket were running for Re-Election and Bullock would win the closest Gubernatorial Election in Montana History on November 6, 2012.
The remarkable aspect of SVC’s President attitude is he continues to teach all of us as Jesus did who will Judge the World and on what basis. Jesus concentrated on helping others whether they cared for him at all or not. The Injustice of all this will be paid back many fold by the Creator! You can count on that!
That is the reason why in SVC’s President’s Resurrection Sunday Message two years ago reflected the betrayal Jesus experienced and the consequences. It was also the first time where SVC’s President discussed Jesus as his Spiritual Partner and they are one in the same. SVC’s President has been tasked by Jesus to bringing the World to a Peaceful conclusion by the time he returns!
SVC’s President has continued to develop the new SVC Conflict Management Services offered by the SVC International Staff. It is not only brilliant but answers the question concerning what to do with Non-Profit "Employees" when Economic Democracy is installed. Colin Powell's definition of Leadership fits perfectly: “Great Leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through argument, debate and doubt, to offer a solution everybody can understand.”
Of all the skills SVC’s President has, chief among them is Conflict Management and problem solving and simplifying those problems in ways everyone can understand and how they can be overcome. There is no one better at turning proverbial lemons into lemonade. That Skill Set has been developed throughout his Life because he has known so much hardship and fortunately for the rest of us, shares what he has learned so everyone can benefit!
The International Community is coalescing behind SVC’s President’s Leadership because they simply do not know what to do with a plethora of crises, putting down the AOTO among them. Keep in mind, SVC’s President holds no Official Office right now, yet everyone is looking to him for answers. And Phil has those answers. He really does!!!!!!!
Experienced Diplomats of all stripes will tell you the Chinese are using Taiwan and the Russians Ukraine to intimidate the USA just as the traitors/terrorists are using the U.S. Government’s inaction concerning the American Organized Terrorism Opprobrium to reassure their supporters they can get away with whatever they want to. This why the American People must rally behind SVC’s President not for him but themselves and their country. The AOTO is far more serious than Americans can understand and the cancer must be excised and removed from Human Civilization!

Now, SVC’s President has claimed his Authority from the Creator! What that means is SVC’s President has the authority to accomplish his Mission to bring the World to Peaceful conclusion by the time Jesus returns!
FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION A THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY
For the first time, the FCC’s continued existence is in danger. By the FCC’s own Statement:
The Federal Communications Commission was created for many reasons, including for the purpose of national defense and promoting safety of life and property through the use of wire and radio communication. The Commission has taken a number of actions to protect the national security of the United States, or the security and safety of United States persons, and the integrity of communications networks or the communications supply chain. The Commission has also implemented the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019.
By failing to acknowledge the national security threat CNN and Fox News Network pose, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has endangered its own existence. There can be no excuse for allowing such biased coverage and not allowing opposing voices to be heard.
EQUAL TIME RULE
The Federal Equal Time Rule requires Broadcasters to treat a Candidate for the same Political Office identically to every other Candidate for that Office. If a Radio or Television Station sells airtime to one candidate, the Rule states that it must offer to sell the same amount of time to other Candidates for that Office.
The same stipulation applies to free airtime. Although many argue that the Equal Time Rule is a reasonable means to regulate the Public airwaves and prevent Broadcasters from using their Media power to promote a particular Candidate.

Although many argue that the Equal Time Rule is a reasonable means to regulate the Public airwaves and prevent Broadcasters from using their Media power to promote a particular Candidate or issue, others see it as a violation of the First Amendment Free Speech and Freedom of the Press Rights of Radio and Television Station Owners.
The Equal Opportunity Section (315) of the Communication Act of 1934 attempts to further First Amendment freedoms by providing that broadcast licensees must permit equal use of broadcast facilities to all legally qualified Candidates for Political office and that the broadcast licensee may not censor the Candidates’ messages.
Often confused with the Fairness Doctrine - a Federal Communications (FCC) Policy concerned with the overall balance of broadcast programming and repealed in 1987-the Equal Opportunity Provision remains an enforceable Congressional Statute. The Law first emerged in the Radio Act of 1927 and was established by the Communications Act of 1934.
U.S. SUPREME COURT UPHELD RIGHT OF 'REASONABLE ACCESS'
In October 1979, CBS, NBC, and ABC denied the Carter-Mondale Presidential campaign’s request to purchase 30 minutes of prime time, stating that the 1980 presidential campaign was not under way. The Carter-Mondale campaign filed a complaint that eventually appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court. In a 5-4 Decision in CBS, Inc v FCC (1981), the Supreme Court upheld the Constitutionality of the campaign's right of “reasonable access” to the Broadcast Media. International Tribunals & Partner U.S. Federal Courts Ruled in Favor of SVC & the American Independence Party on this basis.
In a Ruling handed down by the International Tribunals and their Partner US Federal Courts on June 15, 2021, the Sutton Viewpoint Center’s Television Networks, SVC-TV; SVC-TV International and originally the Black News Channel, now the Peace & Democracy Channel have been Granted relief from American Broadcast Networks, Cable News Networks and Carriers blacklisting them from American airwaves.
In a previous Ruling, the Federal Communications Commission is Ordered to deny Licensing and Renewals to any Carrier who would not allow equal airtime to SVC Networks in all Media markets where the Licensed Networks had airtime.
Also, the American Independence Party has been Granted similar relief in receiving equal airtime with the Democratic and Republican Parties. The reason the Courts Rule against CNN and Fox News specifically is their egregious violation Federal Equal Time Rule, CNN in favor of the Democrats and Fox in favor of the Republicans.
All this is now academic. As of 21 April 2023 as part of the overall Judgment against the U.S. Government, it was confirmed that both the International Tribunals and their Partner U.S. Court Partners have been prepared to move forward and bring the wayward American press to Justice.
The SVC-TV will replace CNN; SVC-TV International will replace Fox News and the Peace & Democracy Channel will be replace Headline News on all cable and satellite offerings. Nothing has changed as of 19 April 2024.
CNN, HLN and Fox News Channel are now operating unlawfully. The FCC is in charge of the process of transferring these Broadcast Licenses to SVC-TV Network Channels.
SVC will continue to Report upon the progress of this epic transformation in American Television News & Public Broadcasting. The only question remains when CNN, Fox News and HLN will formally Announce their demise in favor SVC-TV, SVC-TV International and the Peace & Democracy Channel, respectively.
The FCC is being held in Contempt by the International Tribunals and its Federal Court Partners. The required access to American airwaves for SVC-TV, SVC-TV International and the Peace & Democracy Channel is to occur at any time and appropriate penalties will be assessed at that time.
These Rulings and applicable Judgments will also reform or eliminate other Media outlets of all kinds, Social Media, Publishing Companies and other aspects of the Information Age Industries.

Article 1.

Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.
Article 9.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
Article 10.
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
Article 11.
(1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence
(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or International law, at the time when it was committed.
(3) Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.
Article 12.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article 13.
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
Article 21.
(1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
(2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.
(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.
Article 25.

Article 26.
(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
Article 27.
(1)Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
(2)Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
Article 28.
Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.
Article 29.
(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
Article 30.
Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.
The Hague has mighty long arms and will use what it takes to make sure no one will ever believe they can get away with any of these US Federal Felonies, among others:
1) Conspiracy;
2) Criminal intimidation;
3) Criminal defamation;
4) Identification theft/Fraud;
5) Discrimination & Human Rights violations;
6) Obstruction of Justice;
7) Treason;
8) Patent & Copyright Infringements;
9) Kidnapping;
10) Theft;
11) Fraud;
12) Contempt of Court;
13) Taunting;
14) Personal Records Alteration/Tampering
15) Aggravated assault;
16) attempted murder; and
17) murder.
Keep in mind, under the U.S. Conspiracy Rule, if the traitors/terrorists commit one of these crimes, they commit them all. That is how quickly the criminals can condemn themselves to the equivalent of a life-in-prison sentence.
It is astounding how the traitors/terrorists do not comprehend their actions as criminal or wrong in any way even though they know they would never tolerate being treated as they treat others. It is their arrogance that is the primary reason that the retribution for their acts has to be so severe so no one will ever again feel so self-important and haughty to believe the way they think, talk and act as they have and do and have any place in civilized society.
The traitors/terrorists were told repeatedly what the consequences are for their actions and they responded with elevated levels of defiance of law and human dignity. The International Community quite literally owes it to them to keep the promises of just retribution. What they have done unto others will be done unto them.
The classic is how the traitors/terrorists evidently think SVC's President has anything to hide or be guilty for and do all kinds of things to let him know they see him and “he's been found out.” What they cannot figure out is that this qualifies them as following the al Qaeda script and indicates they are indeed terrorists and traitors to the USA. They are just digging a deeper hole for themselves. Just as SVC has noted for the past two decades or so, they are very poor excuses for human beings and they have to know it deep down!
The Reforms required by the United Nations for the United States of America are varied and strike at the heart of what is wrong with the once great country and model to the world. Donald J. Trump is currently the President and National Leader of the USA and bears the responsibility to meet these required Reforms under International and U.S. Federal Law.
Currently, the International Tribunals, their U.S. Federal Court Partners and the UN have a standing Agreement with Mr. Trump that he will do whatever it takes to conform with the UN Reforms and formally commence the Final Kibosh upon the AOTO forthwith...
