VINDICATION OF SVC'S PRESIDENT UPDATED
Prior to the Publishing of REVIVAL OF THE AMERICAN DREAM, SVC's Founder & President/CEO approached University of Montana President George Dennison and Bill Johnston, Director of the Office of Alumni Relations and President and CEO of the Alumni Association, to Propose a Book Signing at the University Center Bookstore on the University of Montana Campus during the Annual Homecoming Festivities.
Phil was also working with Former NBC Correspondent Gene Brodeur on a Montana PBS Documentary on Montana's 1972 Constitutional Convention. The Documentary was primarily based upon Phil's Truman Scholarship and Watkins Scholarship Papers "Comparative Study of Montana's Constitutional Conventions," he wrote and rewrote as an Undergraduate Political Science-Economics major.
The book would go on to win a Special Pulitzer Prize for Non-Fiction and that particular Episode of "Focus On Montana" was Nominated for an Emmy. So quite naturally, the Two-Time Honor Graduate and Former Student Body President felt the request was quite literally Academic. It was not. His Book-Signing Proposal was turned down flat.
All the more surprising because while UM was known then as "Harvard of the West" prior to the Sexual Assault Scandal aspect of al Qaeda-gate hit Missoula, it ultimately has produced few Alums as successful as SVC's President was at age 42, let alone the Professional Accolades of all kinds he has received in the past two decades since.
One would think the University of Montana would do everything to support someone like him, but instead it was an early indication of the American Opprobrium and Osama bin Laden targeting his old nemesis for standing tall against al Qaeda from the Persian Gulf War for continual discrediting and disgrace.
Plus Missoula County Law Enforcement attempted to murder SVC's President three times; allowed over 100 rapes to go unpunished; and has systematically ruined the lives and reputation of over 9,000 people.
Because none of the Victims were Black, Justice remains out of reach for at least 10,000 people who have experienced the horrendous Injustice in Missoula County, Montana.
Ostensibly, Blacks receive all the coverage of societal and police violence by the Media because they are killed more often than their fair share of the time. While that's true, it is not sufficient to warrant such attention according to "Mapping Police Violence": https://mappingpoliceviolence.us/
Blacks are roughly one-eighth (12%) of the population while Native Americans and Pacific Islanders are both less than 1% of the population but their numbers who are murdered by Law Enforcement is almost identical to Blacks. The truth is that Blacks are a much larger voting block as well as represents a much greater return in advertising revenue for the Media.
For instance, four other non-Black Americans were murdered by American Law Enforcement on 7 January 2023 along with Tyre Nichols. No one cares about or ever heard about what happened to them. It's despicable.
Further, SVC's President does not have to feel he is alone in his angst against his alma mater. Missoula County continues its infamy when Shannon Cate Schweyen, considered the finest Women's Basketball Player in UM History and perhaps the best ever in the Big Sky Athletic Conference, was forced to file a Sex Discrimination against the University of Montana.
Schweyen was dismissed as Women's Basketball Head Coach by Athletic Director Kent Haslam when two of her Players expressed a desire to transfer to other Schools. There were Male Players who had expressed the same desire to Men's Head Coach Travis DeCuire, a common happenstance in Intercollegiate Athletics, but DeCuire retained his job.
Further, Schweyen is Native American and was paid $25,000 less annually than DeCuire, a Black Man, to essentially do the same job, exposing not only a case of gender, but racial discrimination designed to further divide Montanans and the American People.
On May 5, 2022, in an order evaluating the language of the contracts and the fates of similar employment disputes, Judge Dana Christensen denied UM’s motion to compel arbitration and dismiss the complaint.
In an email, Lawyer Linda Correia, who represents Schweyen, said she and her client are pleased the court rejected the university’s argument the case should be decided in arbitration.
“Coach Schweyen’s case will move forward in Federal Court, where proceedings are public, and after discovery, the case will be decided by a jury of her peers, instead of by a single arbitrator under the cover of a private process,” said Correia, of Correia & Puth, based in Washington, D.C.
In the complaint, Schweyen alleged UM unlawfully terminated her after two of her players decided to explore athletic opportunities elsewhere, but male coaches didn’t face the same consequences. Schweyen, an MVP basketball player and former “Lady Griz” herself, also alleged UM paid her less than a male coach even though she had more experience and “a stronger winning record.”
In an earlier response to a separate gender discrimination lawsuit, UM said it is committed to providing a working and learning environment that is free from all forms of discrimination. Thursday, UM reiterated its denial of the allegations by Schweyen.
“UM disagrees with the allegations in the complaint. UM will defend the allegations in the appropriate forum,” the campus said.
In its argument the case should be arbitrated, UM pointed to dispute resolution language in both of the employment agreements with Schweyen. The language states parties should informally negotiate disagreements, and if that fails, mediate, and if that doesn’t work, agree to binding arbitration.
Christensen, though, said Schweyen didn’t waive her right to pursue civil rights claims in a judicial forum when she signed that contract. The judge said the Ninth Circuit has found some employment disputes must be arbitrated, but it has done so when employment agreements clearly spell out the rights a worker is waiving.
“If the Lai (relevant) line of cases requires anything, it requires precision on the part of the employer in occasioning a contractual waiver from their employees as to their ability to advance employment discrimination claims in a judicial forum,” the order said. “Schweyen’s employment agreements lacked this requisite precision.
“In other words, nothing in Schweyen’s employment agreements put her ‘on notice that … (s)he was somehow entering into an agreement to waive a specific statutory remedy afforded h(er) by a civil rights statute.’ Because of this, the university’s motion must be denied.”
The Missoula Sexual Assault Scandal originated within the UM Athletic Department as well. The US Justice Department Investigated the matter for a year and did nothing for the then-80 known Women who had been raped because none of them were Black as then-US President Barack Obama and then-US Attorney General Eric Holder decided.
Recently, Marc Racicot, the former Governor of Montana, head of the Republican National Committee and Phil's fellow Grizzly, said the future of the US Republic was "at risk" due to the changing Culture in the Country which is susceptible to infiltration by organized terrorism groups and due to social-media platforms.
"The most probable way for our Republic to vanish is through a lack of honor and fidelity. Not surprisingly that is precisely what is required by our Constitutional Oath of Office," the Republican said, according to the Casper Star-Tribune.
"Fidelity is the exact opposite of seeking power for its own sake, which as history reveals, at the end of the day, is really a fool's errand," Racicot said according to the Star-Tribune.
"Without accepting, embracing and discharging one's duties as guided by fidelity, it is inevitable that the Life of our republic will over time, like grains of sand passing through an hourglass, be at risk," he added.
Racicot last year in an Interview with Yellowstone Public Radio said he planned to cast a ballot for now President Joe Biden, the Democratic Candidate, saying of former President Donald Trump "at the end, the content of a Man's character or a Woman's character to serve in that capacity is more important than any other issue that I have to consider as a matter of conscience."
He also said he hadn't Voted for Trump in 2016, either, adding he had more concerns about him last year than four years prior.
"It seems almost impossible to me to manage the noise, to control the flood of unverified and frequently inaccurate communications, conceived in anger and competition and then regretted because of all the blathering that is now a matter of Public record," he added, according to the Report.
Of course, SVC's President agrees on both social media and Trump. Both Montanans have shown the integrity that their home State is known for by turning down major Cabinet Appointments by former US President George W Bush and by Trump.
Racicot declined Nomination by Bush for Attorney General and SVC's President declined Nomination by Trump for Secretary of State. The irony is that Racicot was Bush's Campaign Manager in 2004 and successfully got him Re-Elected.
Phil has often thought Trump viewed his prospective Nomination as a link between himself and the Bush Faction of the Republican Party, which has never really supported him. In the end, Phil knew he was incompatible with Trump from a Policy viewpoint and didn't care to be dismissed Apprentice-style just as Rex Tillerson eventually was.
The other irony is Racicot and SVC's President were Political adversaries in Montana. Phil thought of opposing Racicot for Re-Election as Montana Governor in 1996 and instead created the Alicia & Patrice Sutton Viewpoint Center, Inc.
SVC has always opposed the use of social media because the same kind of Personal Information obtained by Facebook to gain access to its platform was used by a stalker to trace down, kidnap and murder Phil's first Wife, Patti.
As if these viewpoints need any further vindication, Facebook has just notified nearly 50,000 Users in more than 100 Countries that they may have been targets of hacking attempts by surveillance companies working for Government Agencies or Private Clients.
Racicot has been cleared of involvement in al Qaeda-gate after it was thought Racicot was the reason Phil had be framed for minor offenses and wrongfully incarcerated for six weeks without possibility of bail after SVC exposed Racicot's miscues as Governor with toxic-waste clean-ups outside Missoula in Bonner and in his Home Town of Libby concerning asbestos.
In the end it was Dennison who expelled the former Student President off his beloved Campus when the performance-enhancing drug scandal was exposed. Then, his successor, Royce Engstrom, hired Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge to beat him to death when Phil led a Donation Boycott by UM Alumni in protest of the Sexual Assault Scandal.

ENGSTROM LETTER
Phil Sutton, PhD March 18, 2011
6000 Wildcat Road
Missoula, Montana 59802
Royce Engstrom
President, University Of Montana
32 Campus Drive Missoula, Montana 59812
I am a once proud two-time Graduate of the University of Montana (BA in '82 & MBA in '85) who paid full-time Student tuition and fees for 19 Quarters (1978-1982; 1983-1985). The UM I attended had top flight Programs in Communication Studies and Business Administration. That simply is not the case today.
The matter that I am addressing in this letter is "Confirmation by President of immediate restricting access to Campus," dated 3-8-2011, requested by Gary Anderson and signed by Robert Duringer. The Incident occurred 3-2-2011 and it was not served until 3-14-2011.
Given its track record, the Proposed Hearing is a Star Chamber Proceeding with the outcome already decided. My Personage is being treated as though I am guilty before I could ever prove my innocence. If this is not the case, why has my Personage been expelled from Campus prior to the Hearing? My personage has already received the maximum punishment and my Personal and Professional reputation has been tarnished to an unconscionable degree, so what's the point?
To be sure, your three Public Safety "thugs in uniform,' as Former US District Judge and US Attorney General Michael Mukasey once referred to them, ordered my personage to leave the campus immediately and threatened my personage with immediate arrest on the spot if my personage did not leave the campus immediately, even though the before-mentioned document did not grant them that authority. They made a point of telling my personage that the Document could be read after my personage was off Campus, presumably forever.
To make matters worse, my personage is a Witness to and Victim of the crimes of my accusers against my personage and thus inappropriate for me to divulge the Evidence We have to defend myself until the Federal Judiciary takes action in the required manner.
Ron Halvorson is a friend of 25 years and a former Colleague of mine in a now defunct Mortgage company in Denver. I interviewed for him as a Reference when he applied to become a US Marshal, not an FBI Agent. His involvement is our business and he will pursue his Own Legal Remedies as he sees fit.
All the reports by the Mansfield Staff, the Students and Public safety are self-serving at best, if not outright prevarications. There is ample evidence, Witnesses and videotapes to exonerate my personage beyond any question and convict these perpetrators beyond any reasonable doubt of their crimes.
The Students themselves have chosen to denigrate their own "learning environment" by relentlessly taunting my personage and thoroughly enjoying it. Ditto with the Mansfield Staff and their Student Employees. They have stalked my personage all over Campus and cyber stalked the private work done on the computer and have done so with relish, making their activities criminal in nature. They claim that this is paranoia, but the facts and videotapes speak for themselves. And no, your Public Safety outfit has shown no interest discovering the truth, nor in defending the Privacy Rights of the Student or Public Patrons in Mansfield, so that's was never an option.
Shortly before the March 1st and March 2nd Incidents, Blaine Belcher was caught asking Heidi Hill-Picchietti: "Do you have a problem being mean?" Julie Edwards was caught gleefully laughing in agreement. You have to know this is at least inappropriate. Public Employees should never conspire to intentionally be "mean" to Patrons of their Institutions.
It is also vivid proof of Mr Belcher's vicious, malicious criminal intent towards my personage and all their conspiracy to kick Phil Sutton out of Mansfield, and now off the Campus. This is why Mr Belcher must be taken into Federal Custody for the duration to protect the Public from the likes of him.
Plaintiff's and Prosecuting Attorneys just love this.
Further, it is not for the Mansfield Staff to determine what the average Patron's purpose is for being in the Library. This smacks of some of the most infamous totalitarian regimes in Human History.
Then there is the matter of the Public's access to information, which nowadays is primarily through computers. The Public should have access to computers - in whatever form - whenever Mansfield is open. There has been quite literally well over a thousand hours that this access have been denied since the Public computer system was first installed July 13, 2009.
Indeed, every Sunday through Thursday night, the Public computers go down one-by -one beginning at 10 PM (Mansfield closes at 1 AM) and the Mr Belcher and his Employees are incompetent and can doing nothing about it. Last June, the Public was denied access for 3.5 consecutive days. Yet, the Mansfield Staff feels that the complaint that this violates the Public's Federal Rights is cause to evict a Patron from the premises.
It's very curious that another Patron that had been ejected from Mansfield late last year was cutting on copper wire with razor blades as he was working on the Public computers, posing a danger to both himself and others; yet he was just evicted from Mansfield, not the entire Campus and he has never been a Student or Employee at UM. So why has a Former Honor Student at UM been subject to such a heavy-handed, mean approach?
The Mansfield controversies are but an ever so small chip of the tip of the iceberg as it pertains to the known criminal activities and corruption on your Campus and of which you and George Dennison are responsible as President the past 56 months.
It's also curious that the alleged incidents by my personage according to Public Safety, closely coincides with your arrival as Provost. At least, George would have given my Personage the benefit of the doubt and would never have given preferential treatment the past few months to a Man from Los Angeles who actually posed a physical danger to others over a fellow Montanan and fellow Grizzly who personage was doing nothing more than tending to his own business and insisted that others do the same.
You have managed to severely damage both the University of Montana's and my reputations. I will toil tirelessly to restore both to their rightful place.
Professionally Yours,
Phil Sutton, PhD
