TERRORISM THREAT GROW
On 2 June, 2022, SVC’s President, Dr. Phil Sutton, DBA, was offered a Political Canvassing job in Oklahoma City by Vanguard Field Strategies. On 3 June, Dr. Sutton flew via Southwest Airlines to Phoenix, Las Vegas and finally Oklahoma City on a 12-hour flight.
Upon arrival on 4 June, he was driven to a Holiday Inn Express. After over an hour of phone calls, etc., it was confirmed Dr. Sutton had no reservation and he was driven to a dump - OYO Hotel where he stayed for three nights in a room which was under reconstruction and had no operable TV. He finally got to bed about 3:30 AM.
Later on 4 June Dr. Sutton was driven to a non-airport Enterprise rental car store where they were closed. On 14 June, he was driven to another Enterprise rental car store at Will Rogers Airport. Enterprise would not accept his provisional Driver’s License. International Investigators know the Enterprise worker is a domestic terrorist and that’s why Dr. Sutton was turned down.
All this became necessary because one of the other hires managed to crash two rental cars in a five-day period, so three of the remaining hires had to share the same van.
Meanwhile, 8 June was payday for working only Sunday 5 June. Everyone was paid via automatic deposit but Dr. Sutton. Garrison Management Group now owes him over a thousand dollars as of the 22 June payday.
Ashley Klein, Director of Human Resources, says Dr. Sutton gave them an incorrect account number and that he now has to do something his banking account is not designed do to be on automatic deposit. While still under Investigation, the incorrect account number was submitted through Paychex by an internal source at Garrison Management Group. Investigators know this because of their conversations with Dr. Sutton's bank and with Paychex.
Further on 11 June, Dr. Sutton's received a text ostensibly from Paychex that was from 719-212-6201, a likely al Qaeda operative in Colorado Springs, that has access to Paychex’s and Garrison’s systems. That is where the incorrect information came from, not Dr. Sutton.
Beginning 16 June, Dr. Sutton has incurred heavy financial consequences and lost 138 points on his credit score because of this snafu and it was never his fault. Everyone involved will incur full civil and criminal liabilities under International and US Federal Law.
On 17 June, Ms. Klein sent the following dismissal message:
We will continue to keep an eye on when they arrive to insure you have received. As you’ve stated you will not work until you receive these payments and do not wish to continue to work with Vanguard, once the checks have been delivered, we will book your flight home and send the final payment to your home address with tracking information again, unless you can provide the verifiable account information from your bank.
On 23 June, Dr. Sutton's paycheck finally arrived with this message from the bank after he attempted to deposit the check and he informed Ms. Klein:

Once again I am seeing something I have never seen on my Capital One Account:
After thoroughly reviewing the deposit(s) and your account, we've determined there's a risk that the deposit will return. To protect you, we've delayed the availability of all or part of (amount) until June 29, 2022. You don't need to take any action.
Until that money is actually deposited into my account and I can access it, I will not consider myself paid!

To which she responded:
Phil, nothing will be returned, and you have been paid in full.
You will need to call Capital One as this is only on their end. If they would like to verify this check is good with myself or Paychex they can do so. We will be sending you home and booking you a flight as we cannot continue to pay for you to stay in a hotel room with no work being completed.
We do not have any authority or control over what Capital One choses to do with the valid check that was sent. I have asked Whitney to get your flight home booked as we have paid you, and the check has been received and now deposited. Your hotel room will be canceled as well.

Given Garrison Management Group's and Vanquard's track record during this entire fiasco, there was every reason to believe that check was no good and this is met another attempt at fraud. It was Ms. Klein who insisted Dr. Sutton stop working a week before even though he had continued to work after not being paid for a second consecutive week.
Further, it has always been Ms. Klein who insisted the problem has been with Capital One and Dr. Sutton. On of 29 June, the check finally has cleared the bank, but not with Capital One resorting to talking with the Federal Reserve and Paychex agreeing to coughing up Dr. Sutton's pay for 11 days of work: 5 June - 12 June and 14 June - 16 June. Dr. Sutton spent another nine days in Oklahoma City until he finally received and deposited the check which took another week to clear. This had been after he had been wrongfully terminated and not allowed to work.
The flight back to Colorado Springs on 25 June on Southwest Airlines was delayed almost two hours in Phoenix because the first plane broke down and had to be replaced in another undisclosed city. Dr. Sutton, a Naval Aviator, stated that the plane used was very old and shook violently as the plane prepared to land in Colorado Springs. He was very concerned.
Of further concern, on 28 June, the SVC Public website recorded 53 hits from Enid, Oklahoma, which is about 100 miles north of Oklahoma City, the past 30 days. There is no reason why so many hits would be from a small city no one ever heard of and certainly few if any traitors/ terrorists of the al Qaeda-gate are known to be involved.
This is a typical scenario American Victims have suffered through in thousands of other cases as the organized domestic terrorism scandals have unfolded the past two decades since 9/11 and the terrorists and fellow travelers have always gotten away with it.
On 8 July there was a withdrawal from Dr. Sutton's account for nearly $100 allegedly by Microsoft. Capital One closed the account without warning and once again set Dr. Sutton in financial limbo. His Credit Report has now dropped 150 points, 27% of the entire credit score range and it had nothing to do with any action Dr. Sutton took himself.
The Sutton Family referred this matter to the International Tribunals at The Hague and their Partner US Federal Courts. The key to this litigation has been the fact that Vanguard/Garrison paid Dr. Sutton and his Colleagues as Independent Contractors without withholding taxes. This makes the compensation issues involved one between two businesses, not a employer-employee payroll issue. The legal ramifications are enormous especially given all the abuse Dr. Sutton suffered as an Independent Businessman and the damages to his Professional Reputation and credit rating.
New Evidence has surfaced and it is apparent that Garrison Management is in cahoots with al Qaeda operatives in Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri at the very least. For the first time the scandal as it pertains to Dr. Sutton, SVC and his alma maters in Montana and Oklahoma has extended significantly beyond the previously known base of criminal activity in the States of Colorado and Montana.
The Court's Ruling had been issued, but in light of the new Evidence is being reconsidered. Currently, Vanguard Field Services and Garrison Management have been assessed $500,000 Judgment against them for damages to Dr. Sutton's Credit Report (amount of maximum VA loan for which could ordinarily receive); treble damages for late payment of Professional Fees or $4,125 plus Legal Fees.
NOW IT IS THE NEW CANVASSING EXPERIENCE
On February 14, 2023, Gary took in a “Training/Selection Webinar” with New Canvassing Experience. Everything went great until the end. Then the actual Director in Denver, Finn D'Hulst, appeared and he staired at “Phil” like he knew him. Gary didn't think much of it at the time, but attributed it to the fact that D'Hulst was obviously homosexual and may be attracted.
The next day the eight Denver selections, D'Hulst and a more experienced Director from Chicago named Ben Manaris met in downtown Denver. When “”Phil” was role playing, Manaris twice intentionally distracted him so he eventually would not be selected. Then it became obvious yet another al Qaeda-gate plot was in progress against Phil.
Then the home office continued to give “Phil” grief about the onbarding paperwork, which included downloading the I-9 information and W2. Frankly, this is the first time anybody had heard about a company doing this. I-9 information/documents are to be reviewed in-person and eyeball-to-eyeball betweem employee and employer.
I sent the following message to the staffer:
Dear Mr. Cano:
I am the SVC Counselling Vice President & Chief Executive Officer where Phil Sutton, DBA, is the President/CEO.
We were already beginning to Investigate what happened during the Training Class on 15 February 2023. At least two events were directed at keeping Dr. Sutton from doing his best and intentionally distracting/defaming him. It is clear NCE Denver never intended to hire him in the first place.
Then you are insisting Dr. Sutton complete paperwork when there should be no need and defaming his reputation when a true picture of his Social Security Card was sent to you in a manner which could have serious legal consequences for both parties.
Dr. Sutton worked in the White House and State Department during the Bush Administration when the Patriot Acts were first passed. The I-9 information is supposed to be taken and reviewed eyeball-to-eyeball between employer and employee. Just how NCE can get away with what it is doing here will also be part of our Investigation.

Further Investigation has revealed that there are distinct ties between Vanguard and Garrison Management Group and SVC's President was denied work by another canvassing group in July 2023.
