Americans have become their own worst enemies. It does not matter from which political party you belong to or which ideologies or policies you espouse, the wholesale calamity that is American is apparent to most outsiders looking in and America's true enemies are loving every moment of it.
Indeed, the Obama Administration consulted with al Qaeda and staged the Benghazi raid of the US Consulate on 11 September 2012 killing four Americans in order to deflect early knowledge of what would become the American Opprobrium within the United States and win Re-Election for Barack Obama and Joe Biden in 2012. Foreign Writers and Journalists such as ourselves were threatened by our American counterparts if we let the truth of Benghazi be known.
Not to be outdone by the Democrats, the entire world witnessed the once great United States experience angry mobs ransacking their Capitol Building on 6 January 2021. My, how the mighty have fallen. Most of the terrorists have gotten away with what they had done in the name of their supposed kind of patriotism.
The kicker is that Trump instigated it all in an attempt to stay in power. In most Countries he would not be alive to brag about it. Only in the USA could he possibly be talking about running for President again in 2024 and not be imprisoned.
International Investigators knew 24 hours later that the only difference between the terrorists who leveled the World Trade Center in 2001; struck the Benghazi Consulate in 2012; and those who ransacked the US Capitol in 2021 is their nationality.
Americans have joined al Qaeda and allowed Osama bin Laden’s band to make America their primary base of operations. Every objective Person who knows the facts knows this is true. The Evidence is incontrovertible.

It is quite obvious the Senator suffers from the same frustration SVC has for over two decades in projecting the seriousness of organized terrorism's infiltration into the United States and the porous sieve that is America's southern border.
SVC's President, Phil Sutton, quips that he and the Senator have long since learned to see the “forest for the trees” given the incredible natural beauty of their hometown, Bozeman, Montana, see things for what they are and expect their calls for action to be heeded, but are not.
As if anyone needed more evidence for the necessity of concern over organized terrorism's threat to the United States, Osama bin Laden's “Letter to America” resurfaced on Tik Tok. In it, bin Laden makes the familiar complaints against American support for Israel and making those complaints justification for his 9/11 attacks, among many other things.
In 1991, SVC's President warned the world bin Laden was a “diabolical genius” and very capable of masterminding attacks such as 9/11 anywhere in the world.
In 2004, the 9/11 Commission stated that al Qaeda had created a 60-nation coalition of terrorist cells.
In 2006, Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, published, “Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid.” President Carter led Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin to sign the Camp David Peace Accords on September 17, 1978. This Treaty proposed that in exchange for return of captured lands in the 1967 Six-day War, Egypt would recognize Israel's right to exist, which included Gaza.
This book was released about the same time Gaza was formally given to the Palestinians in September 2006 and paralleled the United Nations approval of the Responsibility to Protect Statutes, now Principle, of which SVC's President was the primary Author in 2005.
In March 2007, bin Laden labelled SVC's President his only “Worthy Adversary” in the west. Ukrainian al Qaeda operatives, Oleksander and Kateryna Kushnir, testified that in their briefing before they attempted to poison SVC's President on June 21, 2019, outside the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado; al Qaeda Leaders told them that they believed the close friendship between South African President Nelson Mandela and SVC's President was behind the latter's support of Vladimir Putin's annexation of Crimea.
These were bald faced lies. Russia claimed that both SVC and the Carter Center offered to supervise the plebiscite by Crimeans to be annexed into Russia in the Spring of 2014. Mandela died the previous December and could not have registered a opinion one way or the other.
A 2019 Survey found that 82% of Crimea's population supported Crimea's accession to Russia, as opposed to 86% in 2014. The survey also found that 58% of Crimean Tatars, the ethnic group that the Kushnirs belong to, now supported Crimea's accession to Russia, as opposed to 39% in 2014.
It should be mentioned that bin Laden established al Qaeda in 1988 as a network of Arab and other foreign veterans of the Afghan insurgency against the Soviet Union with the aim of supporting Islamist causes in conflicts around the world.
In January 2014, the United Nations Security Council formally adopted Resolutions in support of the Sutton International Complaint by a 14-0 Vote, with the USA abstaining.
America has never complied with these Resolutions, nor given any explanation as to why not. Ironically, only a few UNSC Resolutions have remained in noncompliance longer and two of them are the Resolutions creating Israel and a Palestinian state in November 1947, thus a key subject of President Carter's book.
In December 2014, Foreign Students who attended the University of Montana attempted to assassinate SVC's President in Manila, the Philippines and Tokyo, Japan. Just as the Kushnirs would later, they confirmed they were affiliated with al Qaeda. They admitted they were a part of the infamous Mansfield Library Incident that led to SVC's President expulsion from UM's campus.
This confirmed al Qaeda's role in the American Opprobrium before and since; those involved in the Incidents on the UM campus are likewise recognized as al Qaeda operatives/organized terrorists; and have been convicted by the International Criminal Court and their U.S. Federal Court Partners of multiple International and Federal crimes by following the al Qaeda script to a “t”.
To any casual observer, the obvious connections between the Russo-Ukrainian war; the current Middle East conflict; and the American Opprobrium must be huge red flags of concern.
CURRENT AMERICAN OPPROBRIUM FINDINGS
The International & Private Investigators as well as the International Prosecutors have finally arrived at asking and answering the most important questions concerning the American Opprobrium: 1) Why has Phil Sutton, DBA & PhD, truly became organized terrorism's only worthy adversary?; 2) who in American Society benefitted from turning him into the most targeted single person for persecution ever known to history, making it so important to hundreds of thousands of Americans to be involved in that persecution?; and 3) who has had the power to cover their leaders' identities and motives up? Who?...
Given his rather impressive track record of getting in terrorism's way, it actually was natural for organized terrorism to desire to eliminate the threat SVC's President posed and throw everything imaginable at him. The kicker is that they had help from his fellow Americans in mass numbers other than those who have been called perpetrators, haters, traitors or terrorists over the past four decades.
What is not commonly known, however, is Hezbollah began the terrorist infiltration into the USA in 1980 during the Iranian Hostage Crisis which began on 4 November 1979.
The Students who took 64 Americans hostages at the U.S. Embassy in Tehran on 4 November 1979, also founded Hezbollah. Hezbollah first infiltrated along the U.S.-Canadian border in Maine and Vermont, precisely where the 9-11 hijackers entered more than 20 years later. Hezbollah still receives financial assistance from Iran.
In July 1980, a young U.S. Naval Aviation Trainee named Phil Whitehair (SVC's President and his First Wife, Patti changed their Family name to Sutton in 1984) began to earn his wings at Coco Solo Naval Air Station in Panama. The new revelations suggest Hezbollah saw him as a possible recruit because he came from a poor State, is idealistic and Politically motivated.
On U.S. President Jimmy Carter's 56th Birthday, October 1, 1980, ARCO closed Berkeley Pitt in Butte and its smelter in Anaconda in Montana. This set off a domino effect in the mining and lumber industries in Missoula, East Helena, Laurel and Great Falls which made Montana devoid of any major industrial base. Montana has never really recovered from the economic devastation caused by these closures.
It would make Montana very vulnerable to the terrorist propaganda and infiltration which would be witnessed later. It would also transform Montana from a reliable Blue State to a Red State over the next 40 years due to the loss of Labor Votes in the Treasure State and create a hotbed for far-right extremism such as the Mountain Men and the Unabomber.
By the time the Whitehairs Graduated from the University of Montana in 1982, it was the worst year to Graduate from High School or College in American History. There was never a time before or since when more Americans were out of work, homeless and starving.
In those years as a young Adult, SVC's President would reach many Leadership positions at an exceptionally young age and excel in them. Based upon the Kushnir Testimony, we know bin Laden knew of his extraordinary Leadership qualities and skills and how important the Church has always been to him. They both parted in April 1991 knowing they had not seen the last of the other.
SVC's President had been Elected President of the United Methodist Church Wesley Council as a Freshman in March 1979 and Student Body President at the University of Montana as a Sophomore in March 1980, the youngest ever in both cases. He was subsequently Elected to the UMC Board of Higher Education & Ministry of the United Methodist Church at age 20. Only SVC Counselling Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer Diane Freola, who is 52 days younger than SVC's President, has ever been Elected at a younger age to a major UMC National Board.
The Kushnirs confirmed in their first round of Testimony that organized terrorism knew about SVC President's apparent Leadership prowess and about the Methodist Church’s influence on him. Osama bin Laden himself witnessed his Spiritual strength and knew he was bound to obstruct his plans to construct a worldwide terrorist organization. Again and again, the Creator would place SVC's President in bin Laden's and al Qaeda's/Islamic Jihad's way.
Not since Jesus and Caiaphas clashed 1961 years before had two men so young met, have such diametrically opposed worldviews and have such a profound effect on history. What's curious is Caiaphas and bin Laden were the Religious Leaders. Jesus was just a carpenter and mason from Nazareth and Phil was a Naval Aviator and Financial Services Vice President from Bozeman.
The Kushnirs also state bin Laden emphasized the SVC President's relationship with Nelson Mandela who had been freed from 27 years in prison the previous Spring. Bin Laden knew SVC's President shared the South African's grit, sense of purpose and strong Christian Faith, all of which would lead bin Laden to see SVC's President as his only worthy adversary in the west.
Bin Laden also knew SVC's President is exactly opposite of himself. He never thought he would run into his equal on the other side, just as his minions in the United States are surprised their barrage of terrorism against him that have made SVC's President the most persecuted person known to history and he has stood the test of time.
The International and Private Investigators now know that when SVC's President Appointed SVC's Counselling Vice President to head the Freola Commission to Investigate what was then known as the Missoula scandal, bin Laden knew it was just a matter of time SVC would know the truth regarding the Albertson’s and Poe Meadows Incidents and the larger intrigue to infiltrate the United States as al Qaeda did in Afghanistan.
University of Montana President, George Dennison, knew it too. When Former SVC Counseling Vice President Paul Sharkey failed to outright confront Dennison's Administration about the activities of then-UM Provost Royce Engstrom and the Campus Police against SVC's President and other Victims in the Missoula Scandal in the Summer of 2008 (soon after SVC's President first wrongful incarceration), SVC's President fired Sharkey, appointed the Freola Commission to Investigate and then-UM Chief Legal Counsel David Aronofsky entered the fray.
In absence of Legal Counsel at SVC, Aronofsky went gunning after SVC. SVC's President stood his ground and challenged Aronofsky to check the facts of the Federal case involved.
Aronofsky did check the Federal record in US Magistrate Jeremiah Lynch's Court and came back apologetic. He admitted that Justice of Peace Karen Orzech should have dismissed the State charges and instead she and Missoula County Deputy Jonathan Stineford, and Foresters Al Hilshey and Brian Lockhead should have been charged with wrongful arrest, wrongful imprisonment and aggravated assault; Stineford tased SVC's President on Federal Land just after a teenager had died of tasing by Federal law Enforcement in Fredericksburg, Virginia about 10 days before the Poe Meadows Incident occurred on 21 September 2007.
Aronofsky retired in 2012 after he discovered Engstrom's plot to murder SVC's President on 5 April 2012 and his second wrongful incarceration. He is a witness to both Dennison's and Engstrom's charades and attempts to cover-up the development of the American Opprobrium in its early stages.
A Federal Grand Jury in Alexandria, Virginia did Indict all of them, but it was too late for the Bush Administration to act. The new Barack Obama Administration was installed and as the Freola Commission uncovered the Public Funds Embezzlement Scandal in March 2009; the Make Victims Units travesty with nearly 700 other Victims at the time in June 2009; and the Performance-enhancing Drug trafficking scandal, which was the precursor to the Sexual Assault Scandal in August 2009, US Attorney Eric Holder did not prosecute a single one of the nearly 1,100 Indictments. No one has ever heard of such a thing before or since.
SVC's President has had to act like a Leader who has been betrayed by his own Countrymen and Women. He doesn't liken this betrayal to that of Judas against Jesus. As an American, he likens it to Benedict Arnold, who was a traitor to both sides during the American Revolution.
The person who amply represents this - among many - within the American Opprobrium is William Martel. Like Arnold, Martel was a traitor to both sides. Martel was Investigated by the FBI for his involvement in a prostitution ring in Bozeman, Montana.
His mistress of four years, Shannon Michelle Clark, attempted to blackmail Martel for $60,000 when he discovered the FBI was investigating him in 2008. The Attorney for Clark, Morgan Modine, indicated that Court documents implicated Martel and that he was prominent in a FBI photo line-up. Further, Martel's mug shots were shown to many people according to the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and local Law Enforcement.
The U.S. Justice Department Investigation in Bozeman coincided with the Investigation SVC's President requested in Missoula when Missoula City Attorney Jim Nugent and his Chief Prosecutor Andrew Scott failed to produce the videotape that was allegedly supposed to prove SVC's President had shoplifted at Eastgate Albertsons. The City of Missoula refused to dismiss the case on Albertson Manager Lewzon Bertek's insistence because Albertson's did not want to be sued and he did not want to be fired.
The very same Assistant U.S. Attorney who prosecuted Clark prosecuted SVC's President for overstaying his welcome in the Rattlesnake Recreation Area, Tim Racicot, Son of Former Montana Governor, Marc Racicot. Clark plead guilty, SVC's President won acquittal in a Federal Judge Trial presided over by Magistrate Jeremiah Lynch.
SVC's President anticipated a Preliminary Hearing on 14 February 2008, but instead the Judge moved immediately to trial. SVC's President did not have an Attorney, any evidence or witnesses to testify on his behalf. Indeed, the arresting Missoula County Deputy Sheriff, Jonathan Stineford, was not required to be there to testify, a blatant violation of SVC's President Constitutional Rights. All he had was the truth and that was enough in Judge Lynch's mind.
Afterward, U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey, had the Stineford State of Montana charge of obstructing a peace officer Ordered dismissed by a Federal Judge because it was a violation of SVC President's Federal Rights and placed SVC's President in the Federal Witness Protection Program.
Presiding Justice of the Peace, Karen Orzech, refused to dismiss the case as ordered when Stineford was charged with aggravated assault because he had tased SVC's President on Federal land and originally intended to shoot him to death. The whole episode was considered use of excessive force and wrongful arrest due to the acquittal on the Federal charge.
Orzech compounded the State of Montana's malicious prosecution when she left Missoula on vacation on 16 May 2008, but not before she issued an arrest warrant. She told the jailers not to bail SVC's President under any circumstances and that she would deal with him “personally” when she returned, condemning SVC's President to a minimum of 17 days of wrongful incarceration.
Malicious prosecution occurs when prosecutor(s) file(s) a criminal or civil case without an adequate basis and, generally, with malicious intent. This intent can include: Harassing the defendant. Ruining another person's reputation. Knowingly placing the blame on someone other than the actual wrongdoer, which in this case is Stineford and Foresters Al Hilshey and Brian Lockhead.
This is where Deputy Christian Kneib rammed the head of SVC's President into a masonery wall when Kneib got frustrated making the finger printing machine work. After taking SVC's President to the hospital, the Missoula County Detention Center Staff hoped he would die due to complications from his injuries in a maximum security cell right by the room with “the chair” where the staff would torture prisoners until they confessed.
To this day, Missoula County still does not have a decent set of finger prints for SVC's President. They would wrongfully incarcerate him and both of his US Marshal Double Agents three times after this, but never knew the difference. This further underscores their criminal behavior towards SVC's President and why they must be held out as an example of never again. This simply cannot be allowed in Civilized Society!!!!!!!
Renewed interest in all this came about on 15 August 2023 when an Informant blew the whistle on what the University of Montana trumped up against SVC's President. By the evidence presented, SVC's President is completely exonerated of any and all criminal charges ever levied against him in Missoula and touted by the traitors/terrorists of the American Opprobrium in Bozeman and Colorado Springs, Colorado, as true to discredit him and excuse their crimes against him.
The Martel saga reared its ugly head again when SVC's President served the Martel Family with his International/Federal Judgment and seized their vaunted Construction company and home.
SVC's President intended to gift the home to a supportive Childhood Friend and who's Family used to own the home and utilize the assets of the construction company to build the proposed Medical School at Montana State University-Billings funded by the closure of the University of Montana and selling or transfer of its assets to Billings.
When this Childhood Friend, other Childhood Friends and many of the Victims of the American Opprobrium suddenly and inexplicably had a change of heart and would not communicate with SVC's President as to why, legitimate suspicion was raised and a new Investigation launched.
Now a new connection between the Montana State University System and the American Opprobrium has been ominiously established. It just so happens that the football field at Montana State University Bobcat Stadium is named after Martel for constructing the stadium in the same way that UM's Washington Grizzly Stadium is named after Dennis Washington after he donated the first million dollars for its construction.
It was SVC President's Leadership of the Alumni Donation Boycott of UM due to the Sexual Assault Scandal, which included Washington and his Wife Phyllis who is an UM Alumna, is what motivated Engstrom's plot to murder SVC's President.
In addition, one of the squatters who committed over $500,000 damage to Sutton Manor North south of Bozeman was named Martel and was Bill's Second Cousin. Martel Construction also has branches in Missoula and Big Fork. It had already been established that the connection between Missoula and Colorado is through the Dennison Family.
A good reminder of the Creator's intention when it comes to retribution is from the Holy Bible. In 2 Peter 3:9: “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead, he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
Most of SVC President's discouragement has been generated from people not doing what they know they must or achievement of Justice simply taking far longer than it should have. SVC's President has exhibited the patience of a Saint, but he no longer can afford to be patient because the traitors/terrorists exhibit no inclination toward repentance as the Creator requires for forgiveness and reconciliation.
Of course, Dennison knew the wheels were coming off all the cover-ups and he abruptly Announced his Retirement during his State of the University Address in January 2010 after what was thought to be a stellar 20 years at the helm in Missoula. Actually, they were good years for the University, save all the corruption surrounding UM's athletic program and allowing Engstrom and company to run roughshod over innocent people's lives.
By October 2010, the University Board of Regents had three Finalists to succeed Dennison. When the other two Finalists got wind that it was fixed in Engstrom's favor, they withdrew. Engstrom was then elected the 17th UM President without opposition.
Fittingly enough, Engstrom was not in office but a few days before the scandal that would end his Presidency surfaced. The first of 80 Women, most of them Co-Eds, reported being sexually assaulted. The following March, SVC's President sent Engstrom a letter that told him that what he was experiencing was “a chip of the tip of the iceberg.” That was in fact a colossal underestimation of the circumstances.
If Engstrom had heeded the warnings and reinstated SVC's President welcome on campus it is likely Engstrom would still be UM President and the Missoula Scandal would not have burgeoned out of control.
Engstrom knew SVC's President from SVC Public Policy Forums conducted on the University of South Dakota campus in Vermillion where Engstrom had worked for over 20 years before going to UM in March 2007. USD Alum Tom Brokaw was a frequent guest when SVC appeared on campus and it is now clear Engstrom was jealous of that fact.
Recent revelations have implicated General Electric as part of the Information Age Industries against SVC's President and Brokaw was a spy for the group beginning late 2008 after Obama was elected President.
In addition, he and Ted Turner both had ranches on either side of Bozeman. Their ranches were staging areas for the squatters of Sutton Manor North and others who were desperately attempting to keep SVC's President pinned down in Montana and never make it to International Independence Creek, Colorado.
17 November 2023 was the anniversary of the Kagy Korner car driving 775 miles from Bozeman to Colorado Springs overnight just to let SVC's President that he would regret having escaped Montana alive. Almost 400,000 traitors/terrorists have ganged up on SVC's President in Colorado. He is the lone Victim when there are over 10,000 known fellow Victims in Montana.
Further, current UM President Seth Bodnar came from GE to Missoula where his Wife's Family are multi-generational Missoulians. It is likely he was chosen to replace Sheila Stearns after an interim year as UM President for the same reason Missoulian Editor Kathy Best left the Seattle Times for the Missoulian.
Engstrom also knew SVC's President was the third US Ambassador from Montana and the first two had been Montana State College (in Bozeman) President Roland Renne and the much revered U.S. Senate Majority Leader, Mike Mansfield.
Renne graduated with his doctorate from the University of Wisconsin just as Engstrom had and spent one more year as a Montana University System President than Dennison had. No doubt Engstrom had in mind becoming UM President and then topping Renne's record.
SVC's President had earned his bachelor's and master's degrees at UM just as Mansfield had. Renne and SVC's President served concomitantly as MSC's President and SVC's President while serving as Assistant Secretary of Agriculture and Undersecretary of State, respectively, both of which held Ambassadorial rank. Mansfield was U.S. Ambassador to Japan for 12 years after his service in the U.S. Senate was completed.
It didn't take along for Engstrom to learn SVC's President was still in Missoula and he targeted him for his brand of terrorism. UM Campus Policeman Chris Croft and ROTC Supply Sergeant Rick Reeves made up the story that SVC's President was using a locker in Schreiber Gym without paying for it and Engstrom had him evicted. Engstrom hadn't been Provost two weeks.
SVC's President had 12¾ years (October 1994 to June 2007) of quarterly receipts from Campus Recreation to prove he had paid (he had just paid for Spring Quarter 2007). Later, he discovered that his $400 Lifetime Alumni Association fee had likewise mysteriously vanished.
That constitutes over $1,000 that had essentially been embezzled. This is what instigated the Freola Commission's Public Funds Embezzlement Investigation from the Montana University System that can be proven in a Court of Law. Analysis after the 68th Montana State Legislative session showed an additional $4 billion has been embezzled in the 2021-2023 Biennium. There has been a total $14.7 billion embezzled since the crimes had first been detected in March 2009.
This is also the moment in time that SVC's Civil Rights Associate Director Gary Shriver so famously said, “These people turn the Golden Rule on its head.” The Sutton Twins were born four days before and earlier that day bin Laden also spoke his infamous words that SVC's President was his “only worthy adversary.” It was no coincidence. Engstrom, Reeves and Croft are known al Qaeda operatives for purposes of their prosecution for their crimes and obviously share bin Laden's sentiments towards SVC's President.
Fast forward to November 2018, nearly two years after Engstrom had been deposed as despot and four days less after Dennison had passed away. This is where the latest Investigative Revelations become extremely interesting. First, just why did the owners of infamous Kagy Korner Car drive all the way from Bozeman to Colorado Springs, some 775 miles overnight, after they learned SVC's President had finally escaped Montana? What were the ties between Bozeman, COS and Missoula which was nearly 1,000 miles away? Why was the treatment given SVC's President so consistent in Montana with his fellow Victims and he is still without a single co-Victim in Colorado?
The ties between the Republican epicenter in Colorado (COS) and the Democratic epicenter in Montana (Missoula) is extremely unusual in this very partisan time in America. In fact the Black Communities and Trump Supporters have teamed up to be SVC's President primary persecutors in COS. Why?
The answer, at least originally, is a very strong loyalty to the Dennisons as well as the al Qaeda infiltrators who have now been verified. It is payback for uncovering George's scandals and Missoula's insistence that SVC's President had turned bad and he deserved all their mistreatment of him and his fellow Victims therefore.
Prior to returning to Montana to become UM President, the elder Dennison worked at Colorado State University in Fort Collins and Son Rick was a star football player (had to be given nature of the Missoula Sexual Assault scandal) at CSU and has spent pretty much all his adult life playing or coaching for the Denver Broncos. After his Father died very early in 2017, he has moved onto the Minnesota Vikings.
In the end, the whole mess to the Montana terrorists and their Colorado affiliates has been to save UM's and MSU's vaunted football programs at the expense of all other considerations in the Montana University System. SVC's class action lawsuit in favor of all the other members of the Big Sky Athletic Conference, which at the time included MSU, gave the program the NCAA death penalty for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. The Obama Administration never enforced the Federal Judgment out of Indianapolis, Indiana, home of the NCAA.
Now UM has been given the death penalty because the laws of the United States of America have been put asunder in such a way that only history's worst tyrants – Pol Pot, Josef Stalin, Adolf Hitler and Omar Bashir - can light a candle to tyranny and corruption.

Hillary Clinton announced for President on 12 April 2015 and Eric Holder left as US Attorney General 27 April 2015.

The Skaggs Pharmacy School at UM supplied performance-enhancing drugs to Student Athletes at UM and 46 other Division I Schools. In 2009, Head Coach Bobby Hauck had 82 players turn out for his football team. Each was given a regimen of performance-enhancing drugs and tested to see how much could be administered and the player still pass the NCAA Drug Test. The Grizzlies went undefeated until they lost the National Championship Game against Villanova 23-21. The NCAA was duly informed and did nothing.
Just as we have witnessed phenomenal growth in support for SVC and its President the past seven months worldwide, Shannon Schweyen has enjoyed similar expression of support for her sex discrimination case against UM. The purpose of the movement was to encourage Schweyen supporters to express their feelings to Bodnar and Montana Commissioner of Higher Education, Clayton Christian.
Unfortunately, District Judge Dana L. Christensen has ruled in favor of the University of Montana in regards to a lawsuit filed by Schweyen. On Halloween, the Court stated that was no reason to go forward to trial set for November 13, 2023, because the Plaintiff could not prove that it was sex discrimination which caused her dismissal.
Christensen wrote that a “toxic” environment has evolved between Schweyen and a pair of her players and that they threatened to leave if Schweyen continued as coach. What is curious is this alleged situation was not disclosed or focused upon until UM filed for Summary Judgment at the last minute. Even if these players did search the Transfer Portal and this was troublesome to UM Athletic Director Kent Haslam, he had to understand that it would set a dangerous precedent if these Ladies could get their coach fired by creating this toxic environment themselves. It is difficult to believe Shannon Schweyan would intentionally create such a situation. Her reputation is quite to the contrary.
SVC Private Investigators say that Schweyan's case was always weak on the sexual discrimination end because she only had the two contracts showing her male counterpart receiving $25,000 more and that's a societal norm in the United States, anyway. As Athletic Director, Haslam did have the unquestioned authority to dismiss Schweyen for any reason. She was an employee at-will.
That said, it appears Haslam has issues with Schweyan that had nothing to do with her ability to be a good basketball coach. By every description, Haslam has a vendetta against Schweyan and he was just looking for a reason to get rid of her. A wrongful dismissal lawsuit would have been a better bet.
Haslam first came to UM in 2006, the same year John Engen became Missoula Mayor and SVC's President began to encounter the Make Victims Units. He became Athletic Director five months after the Trowbridge beating of SVC's President.
All the incidents on the UM Campus that led to SVC President's expulsion occurred in Mansfield Library; investigating athletic programs or on athletic facilities Haslam was in charge of as Associate Athletic Director.
Not to push this too hard, but Haslam is Mormon. His Wife Holly was a active member of the heckling crew from the Mormon Church in Missoula. SVC's President and his two Special Agent Doubles knew no end of grief by this group and it was known even back in 2011 and early 2012 they wanted to get SVC's President off campus at all costs because he knew too much about the cash flow from the performance-enhancing drugs manufactured at the Skaggs Building on campus. This became the basis for lucrative endorsement contracts her husband would later land as Athletic Director and has saved his job.
It so happened that SVC's President was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on March 2, 2011, when the Mansfield Library Incident occurred and he Appointed future Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Paul Ryan to Sponsor the passage of Economic Democracy. Meanwhile, Montana State District Court Judge Tom Olson colluded with his Former Law Firm to throw the case out mid-trial and he received no compensation for having his name sullied for two Years when he was gone and the case was adjudicated. However, some Justice was done as Kern was forced to sell his Century 21 franchise and his own Professional reputation suffered irreparable harm as it should have.
There are many aspects to consider here. Kern is a known operative of organized terror. This is probably where SVC President's troubles with organized terrorism really started. It is believed that organized terrorism felt deserted by him when he decided to rejoin the Navy and eject one of their favorite persons, Saddam Hussein, from Kuwait - as if SVC's President would have ever joined them in the first place.
The Bozeman Police Officer who Investigated Kern's allegations against SVC's President, Randy Schmautz, recommended prosecution and demanded the FBI interview him. Then-Gallatin County Attorney Mike Salvagni refused to prosecute him at the State level and the FBI turned SVC's President into a Witness against the offending mortgage company who just could not manage to close a mortgage.

Ever sense the International Investigators uncovered the assassination plot against SVC's President and the Soviet Gulag Technique Trowbridge utilized to try to carry it out, the International Community has been stunned about the revelations regarding how massive Government corruption is at every level in the USA.

The crackdown has become necessary because Americans have – whether they have meant to or not – indicated through their inaction that they do believe murder, murderous and sexual assault; Government corruption at all levels; illegal drug use and trafficking and money laundering to support organized terror throughout the World is just fine with them. Americans cannot claim ignorance of what has been transpiring within their country.
The only Americans exempt from this viewpoint are those who are current Members of the Sutton Viewpoint Center. The International Community expected Americans to rally behind the SVC President's International Complaint because that is what Americans do – at least historically.
Instead, Americans have done just the opposite. (1) Preserve Peace wherever it resides;
(2) Bring Peace where armed conflict exist;
(3) Assert as much control over Climate Change and reverse its negative impacts as much as possible;
(4) Feed, clothe and see to the Health of the needy and sick; and
(5) Protect the Human Rights of all the Inhabitants of the Earth and make sure those who violate those Rights are brought to Justice.”
To that end, serious Reforms must take place before the United States of America can be fully reinstated as a Nation in good standing. The consequences for American noncompliance with International Law and the International Responsibility to Protect Principles just begins the list of necessary Reforms:
1) Meet the Responsibility To Protect its Citizens, which not only includes putting down the American Opprobrium (formerly al Qaeda-gate) in all its faucets and formally apologize to its aggrieved Citizens, the U.S. Government and Americans in general must make every effort to return the Victims and their Families to their rightful station in society, a society where every Citizen is supposed to have Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness without ever having to actually defend those rights as though they didn't deserve to have them in the first place.
2) Acknowledge that George Floyd's murder had nothing to do with systemic racism as per the Ruling of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights but instead the violence of American Law Enforcement which is now considered genocide under International Law. A society in which 1,200+ citizens are killed by Law Enforcement per year is intolerable.
The Black Community must further acknowledge that it is more likely that a Black Person will commit a violent crime in the United States than the rest of the population combined. This is why Blacks get more attention from Law Enforcement than their fair share based on population and not racism in the vast majority of cases. Thus, the Black Community must forthrightly work to reduce this crime rate regardless of the socioeconomic causes.
In addition, the International Tribunals and their Partner Federal Courts have Ruled that the US Government has Only Black Lives Matter Policy and that it is abhorrent to any concept of Human Rights.

By the same token, the United States as a whole will undergo a complete Reform regimen and make such things as the Make Victims Units uncovered in Missoula, Montana, USA illegal at all levels.
Henceforth, any Judicial Officer, Prosecutor and/or Law Enforcement Officer who knowingly frames a Citizen of any crime or inflicts unnecessary physical or mental and emotional injury will be subject to treble the penalty assessed against the innocent citizen and/or what the law would require of any assailant/murderer in any other circumstances.
3) Americans will work to demilitarize their society in all ways necessary. No Civilian will be allowed to own weapons which are meant for military purposes. The Second Amendment to the US Constitution expressly says the right to bear arms is for the militia and the modern militia is the National Guard and Naval Reserve.
If Civilians wish to use these weapons, then they can join the Guard or Reserve and if they kill someone with such weapons they will be enemies of the United States and not their fellow Americans.
An alternative Proposal was made at a SVC Public Policy Forum at the University of Oklahoma in Norman: any American Citizen wishing to own a military weapon must complete a Gun Safety Course, similar to Hunter's Safety. This would insure safer use of these weapons and definitely deter any mass shooter from attaining these weapons.
Ditto for American Law Enforcement and Security Guards. Regular traffic cops and the like will no longer be allowed to bear arms of any kind so they will no longer be tempted to shoot young Black Men in the back like they did in Kenosha, Wisconsin and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Each Law Enforcement Agency shall have specially trained units to use fire arms in appropriate situations.
4) The Territory of Jefferson has been Created and is Formally Recognized. The State of Jefferson will become the Model for Political Reform in the USA as well as be the ultimate put down of the American Opprobrium.
The Statehood Enabling Act has been consummated by the United Nations because the United States Congress failed to do so. International Peacekeeping Troops will be called to keep the peace if there if any unrest or resistance.
The key timeline for whether or not United Nations Intervention is necessary is that the entire Colorado University System must be closed by the end of the Spring Semester 2024.
That said, if the State is successfully partitioned by then, only the University of Colorado units in Denver and Colorado Springs must be shut down and sold at auction because of their support of al Qaeda in Denver and/or the way they have treated SVC's President and SVC International Security Chief at UCCS.

Obviously, there will be serious repercussions for this. No one can be left to believe this outrage is in any way satisfactory.

By eliminating the profit-motive in Television Journalism and turning over the CNN, HLN and Fox News Channel cable television licenses to SVC-TV and SVC-TV International which are nonprofit, most of this dark Journalism will end and the American People will receive the kind of press coverage the First Amendment of the US Constitution guarantees.
7) Set standards for good Government at all levels and what must be done with corrupt Public officials and employees in terms of retribution for betraying the Public Trust. The lack of enthusiasm for this provision in the Reforms speaks volumes of where the USA is at present.
8) Eliminate US Laws at all levels that invite vigilantism by Citizens or that have led to abuses of Human Rights by Government powers and law enforcement. This is the clear theme of the American traitors and the Foreign terrorists and the attitude they have always exhibited. They can do anything they want to their victims and there is no accountability. Right now, that is “American Law” in the United States and gospel according to the Obama, Trump and now Biden Administrations.
9) Set standards for UN Enforcement of International Law and direct interventions for Victims under the International Responsibility to Protect Principle. This is what US Presidents Barack H. Obama, Donald J. Trump and now Joseph R. Biden have or are contesting. The Right of the United Nations to intervene on behalf of the Victims of the American Opprobrium (al Qaeda-gate) should have been a no-brainer and welcomed event.
But then again, no one ever thought the United States Government, the American People and the American News Media would defend al Qaeda and its operations within the United States or witness a US President receiving a pass when he supported/allowed al Qaeda’s sacking of an American Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, or another President getting away with instigating an armed insurrection upon the US Capitol by domestic terrorists, either.
10) Set standards for UN Enforcement of International Law under the International Responsibility to Protect Statutes having to do with American News Media universal coverage of Human Rights violations in the USA and assuring access to the News Media by the suffering Public. The Princess Diana Statutes will be strictly enforced. If necessary, International Peacekeeping Troops will be the enforcement mechanism.

The U.S. Congress may choose to Federalize Professional Licensing, anyway.
This Ruling is extended to SVC's President welcome on the University of Montana Campus; in the Public Libraries, et al, he is not welcome, then no one will be. They will be closed and assets sold at auction. BENGHAZI REVELATIONS & RUSSO-UKRAINE WAR
Former Libyan Leader Muammar al-Gaddafi was regarded as a close ally to Russia, certainly one of their closest Allies in the Arab world, despite Membership in the Non-Aligned Movement.
Russia also lashed out at the United States for killing Gaddafi on 20 October 2011 and Vladimir Putin asked "They showed to the whole world how he (Gaddafi) was killed; there was blood all over. Is that what they call a democracy?" Foreign Minister Segey Lavrov said Gaddafi should not have been killed, and added that his death should be investigated.
The initial International Investigation into Gaddafi only included International crimes which may have been committed by Gaddafi not crimes against Gaddafi such as political assassination. No such Investigation was undertaken.
After the Gaddafi file was reopened after the Revelations concerning American Reporters threatening Foreign Reporters about what really happened at Benghazi, the latter was Investigated by Private Investigators.
The Kushnirs testified that al Qaeda told them SVC's President supported the Russian annexation of Crimea and that's why they poisoned him. Russia may have a legitimate claim on Crimea given the Agreement between the Soviet Socialist Republics of Russia and Ukraine at the time the Soviet Union was dissolved. That said, perhaps there is genuine hope that they are finally "getting it" in Washington. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed International Prosecutor Jack Smith as Special Prosecutor to Investigate Trump.
No one on the outside looking into the United States can make any sense of either act of treason by two American Presidents and now the Taliban, the Government which capitulated to Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda, are now back in power in Kabul.

In any event, the Coalition will have a profound effect on the 2024 elections at all levels and those Candidates who will not toe the line and have challengers in their races will find it exceedingly difficult to win re-election to a new term from Biden and Trump on down.
With Biden's Announcement for a second term, the stage seems to be set. Suffice it say, the displeasure with the past two Presidents and their potential rematch makes it more conceivable a third party breakthrough is possible with roughly 35% likely to support the Incumbent, 35% support the Republican and 30% very open to voting for a good third party choice.
Right now, there are 57 million Americans pledged to Vote for AIP Candidates. Some 41 million did not Vote at all in 2020 as the The Coalition for Revival of the American Dream boycotted the election. With the new total Vote being around 199 million, the 57 million would be about 28.7% of the Vote. Theodore Roosevelt holds the record for a third party Candidate of about 27.4% in 1912.
Measuring the softness of the support towards Biden and Trump is not difficult. In fact, their support seems to be dependent upon their supporters' vehemence towards the other. That is why if the Republican is not Trump and/or for some reason Biden must withdraw, the likelihood of a third party breakthrough grows exponentially.
As those who have always supported SVC already know, Trump is done. Even if he survives the 91 felony counts in the United States, the International Tribunals and International Prosecutor will bring him to International Justice for Sanctioning former Chief International Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda and separating migrant Families at the southern border which are Crimes Against Humanity and any concomitant deaths are considered genocide under International Law.
The speed in which the Final Kibosh of the American Opprobrium is carried out and its relative impact on the stability of American Society will directly impact what happens in the 2024 Elections.
As the Incumbent President and current National Leader, Biden is expected to carry out the International Reforms required during the Final Kibosh of the American Opprobrium. This includes turning over Trump, Mike Pompeo, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, et al, for International Justice. He will not have any trouble turning over Trump and Pompeo, but balking at turning over his political benefactors and allies will be a different matter entirely.
The AIP's basic platform originated with the Founders of the Democratic-Republican Party, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison. Jefferson was a slave owner who wrote an Abolitionist Clause into the Declaration of Independence in an attempt to do the right thing and end what Jefferson called "this infamous practice"; and Madison was the primary Author of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Claiming that Black slavery was their "particular institution and cherished way of Life," the Delegates from North and South Carolina held American Independence hostage to keep their precious slavery. Slavery was finally abolished in the United States 90 Years later, but not after a four-year Civil War in which claimed 650,000 American lives.
Comes a point in Human History when any Issue must be dealt with forthrightly. The obvious analogies between the Human Rights Issues involved with slavery and the American Opprobrium are easy to understand.
The terrorists are justifying systematically ruining Lives by claiming their Victims are inferior and deserve their treatment, anyway, just as the slavers justified buying and owning their Fellow Human Beings and possibly abusing them.
The primary difference, however, is slavery was not illegal in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries when it was practiced, but supporting and doing what the terrorists have in the 21st century most certainly is morally wrong and serially criminal.
One of reasons why slavery became an intractable problem in the southern USA was that it gave the slavers control over their fellow Human Beings they would not have ordinarily have and it was codified into Law as Legal. That kind of power is awfully difficult to relinquish.
In the same way, the terrorists have created their own “fiefdoms” abusing the power of their Public positions and/or as Business or Home Owners as justification for their terrorist, criminal acts and the system in the USA has virtually codified their activities as Legal.
Even as the Southerners lost slavery, they tried to institutionalize their "superiority" in American Society. In December 1865, at nearly the same time the Thirteenth Amendment to the US Constitution abolished slavery nationwide, a group of former Confederates formed a self-proclaimed “self-defense” organization - the Ku Klux Klan. Former Confederate General Nathan Bedford Forrest served as its first “Grand Dragon” and from 1866 onward Klansmen engaged in a campaign of terrorist violence against African Americans, Unionists, loyal state government agents, and federal officers in the South.
The Ku Klux Klan Act was introduced by US Representative Samuel Shellabarger of Ohio. The KKK Act –officially known as an “Act to enforce the Provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and for other Purposes” - was the third of a set increasingly detailed efforts to curb the violence and protect African Americans and Reconstruction authorities and allies in the South. The modern version of the KKK Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, is one of the primary means of vindicating Federal Constitutional Rights against State and localized terrorists even today.
Just like Abraham Lincoln and the Inhabitants of the Northern States were always a threat to this hegemony as far as the Southerners were concerned, the International Community and SVC have been a constant reminder that the traitors/terrorists must know what they are doing is wrong and that the International Community intends to put an end to it. America's future is in the balance.
The Hague and the United Nations made it clear that they have no problem casting SVC and SVC’s President in the Role of Abraham Lincoln and his northern Allies in the modern fracas. Slavery was defeated, so will organized terrorism.
The new Rulings from the International Tribunals read:
"The United States of America was once the model to the rest of the world in how compliance with International Law should be conformed with by any nation. Today, it is just the opposite with only the Russian Federation having a worse record of compliance with International Law.
"Henceforth, any act towards Dr. Sutton, SVC or their representatives which qualifies under the United Nations Security Council Resolutions of 22 January and 27 January 2014 as act of terrorism, act of disrespect or defiance of International Law will not be tolerated and will be subject to minimum punishment as set forth by International Tribunals and Chief International Prosecutor no matter who the offender may be..."
"Therefore, and whereas, Dr. Sutton is hereby granted a Judgment for ten times the amount of the annual projected economic output of the United States of $25 trillion in 2023 or the sum of $250 trillion. Beginning on the above date, each month the Sutton International Complaint remains open and Justice therein denied, a 10% interest penalty will be charged until it is so. It is so Ordered."
In short, patience is wearing thin with the United States at the Hague and around the world. The Biden Administration must simply place politics aside and do what is in the best interests of the American People and end the American Opprobrium (aka al Qaeda-gate). This disgrace unparalleled in American History has brought America upon the brink of going the way of all great previous civilizations and utterly destroying America.
The disposition of all the Judgments and properties involved with the American opprobrium will now pertain to United States Government, State of Colorado, State of Montana and other applicable landholdings. What is being discussed is not necessarily seizing assets and selling them at auction to satisfy the Judgments, but to own the property and lease them back to the governments in question at a generous discount but tax free for the Victims thereby providing them a substantial cashflow until the Judgments are satisfied.
Ironically, the States of Colorado and Montana have some of the highest forest densities of the 50 States and the SVC International Complex was built on land which used to be along the fringe of civilization consisting of US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management properties. Those who even try to justify their actions or the actions of others during the American Opprobrium will implicate their guilt thereby and the appropriate adjudication under taken to bring them to Justice as prescribed by International and/or US Federal Law.
The world is done hearing such profound criminals attempting to justify their actions. Those who think, speak and act like the traitors/terrorists of the American Opprobrium have no place in Civilized Society.
