INJUSTICE BEYOND BELIEF
The reasons SVC's President Phil Sutton wrote DECLARING GREATNESS: THEMES THAT TRANSFORM OUR DESTINY are the same reasons he does everything he has done the last quarter century: his belief that America does not have to follow History’s pattern for all previous Great Civilizations and has actually developed the Policies that would reverse History if given a chance.
Just like those who murdered US President John F Kennedy in 1963 - both Foreign enemies of the United States; threatened Domestic Business interests terrorists and subversives - want to thwart marvelous changes SVC's President Phil Sutton wants to make in the World. They have tried to assassinate him eight times of which we are aware and each time they exposed an aspect of American Society and/or Human Civilization no thinking individual would oppose Reforming. Yet they do!!!!!!!
During the close of SVC's Annual Public Policy Forum at Montpelier on March 16, 2006, SVC's President quipped, “Now we will go and see if Mr. Madison's Constitution means anything in Missoula, Montana.”
SVC's President had been accused of shoplifting at Albertson's Eastgate store two weeks before and he was going to enter a plea of not guilty to the charge. Manager Lewzon Bertek claimed he had a video of the alleged thefts of items valued at less than $7. Albertson's never produced the video, but City of Missoula Prosecutor Andrew Scott continued prosecuting an innocent man for 19 months until the case was finally dismissed.
When that stunt didn't work to discredit SVC's President, U.S. Foresters Al Hilshey and Brian Lockhead decided they would accuse SVC's President of overstaying his welcome in the Rattlesnake Recreation Area, a Federal crime on September 21, 2007. Missoula County Deputy Sheriff Jonathan Stineford, who had gotten Missoula County sued successfully for the excessive use of force twice beforehand and still allowed to wear a badge, conspired with Hilshey to shoot SVC's President dead accordingly to their own Reports of the incident.
In the end, Stineford tased SVC's President and removed the electric rod from his arm like a fisherman would yank a hook out of fish's mouth and left a nasty scar. Stineford charges him with obstruction of Peace Officer to justify the arrest and use of a taser, which was the Federal crime of aggravated assault at the time. On top of that, the Missoula Detention Center Staff stole over $100 in cash and his wedding band.
SVC's President was acquitted of all Federal charges on February 14, 2008 by US Magistrate Jeremiah Lynch in a bench trial. Stineford was not required to appear as a witness, thus denying SVC's President his Constitutional Rights.
Justice of the Peace Karen Orzech was subsequently motioned to dismiss the State of Montana charge less Stineford be charged with false arrest and felony assault. When she refused, SVC's President was placed in the Witness Protection Program and the State of Montana charge was dismissed for Civil Rights violations.
Orzech then defied the Federal Order and had SVC President's bail revoked and had him arrested just as she went on vacation on May 16, 2008, leaving the message with the jailers, “Do not allow him to bail out. I will deal with him when I return.” SVC's President was essentially denied bail and treated as a murder suspect and walked to his cell in chains.
While he was matriculating for his first three-week wrongful incarceration, Deputy Christian Knieb drove SVC President's head into a masonry wall, causing massive bleeding and created a massive bruise around his right eye. It took the Sheriff's Deputies 90 minutes to get SVC's President Medical attention. He could have easily bled to death.
The Doctors told the Deputies that SVC's President had suffered a concussion and had to be awakened at certain intervals during the night or he could die in his sleep. In defiance, the MCDC staff not only failed to awaken SVC's President but placed him in a maximum security cell by the room with “the chair”, where prisoners were tortured until they confessed.
When Orzech did return SVC's President had to plea no contest or never be released from jail according to his Public Defender even though the maximum sentence the crime of which he was accused is six months.
Orzech also made sure SVC's President understood he was mentally ill and he was fortunate he was not sentenced to mental health counseling. SVC's President had no choice but listen to this garbage. Denying the truth of SVC President's former occupation as a Mental Health Counselor, the traitors/terrorists have adopted this as their failsafe argument against SVC's President. What they evidently don't realize is it a grand case of what Psychologists call “projection” and it is they who are not in the real world with the rest of us.
Further, on May 19, 2008, SVC's President was absent from the SVC International Children's Day General Conference and neither his Family nor Colleagues knew what became of him. Also, on that date in Iraq, a bomb exploded killing 17 that SVC's President would have saved if he were not sporting his injuries in jail. Orzech and company are already convicted of these murders as though they committed them themselves and will be judicially executed.
Later in 2008, the Bush Administration Justice Department convened a Federal Grand Jury in the case, but time ran out for any definitive action to be taken. In March 2009 after the Obama Administration took office, Federal and Private Investigators uncovered a Public Fund Embezzlement scheme at the University of Montana.
Then in June 2009, the Make Victims Units were discovered. These Law Enforcement members like Stineford would frame innocents of misdemeanor crimes. Under a 1978 Montana Criminal Records Law, an arrest appears as a conviction on the person's criminal record, thus making it incredibly difficult to find housing, work, etc, thus systematically ruining over 7,500 Victims lives so far that are confirmed.
If the Public Defenders fail to concoct a plea bargain and a trial is necessary, the arresting officers were not required to testify and/or not required to ID themselves before they testified, thus allowing more experienced officers to lie through their teeth to procure a conviction.
Failing that, the Defendant would be told the case is dismissed and/or the corrupt Courts would send notices to the Defendants ordering them to appear which they would receive after the fact. Either way, the Defendant would not appear at trial, they would be tried in absentia and naturally convicted of crimes they did not commit.
In August 2009, UM Football Players were caught bragging they had fraudulently passed the NCAA drug tests. A total of 82 players showed for spring drills and all were given performance enhancing drugs produced at the Skaggs Pharmacy building and tested to discern how much could be taken and still pass the tests. The performance enhancing drugs are sold to Students Athletes at 47 known Division I Schools to raise money for al Qaeda operations within the United States, similar to the way al Qaeda raised money through the opiate trade in Afghanistan.
But that wasn’t the worst of it. Performance-enhancing drugs make football players more aggressive. That’s fine when they are playing football but not when they are out on dates with young Ladies. SVC's President joined the growing chorus of Alumni decrying these horrific crimes and worked to deny UM donations in retribution. He had become so successful in this endeavor that newly appointed UM President Royce Engstrom exclaimed “Sutton must die.” At least five people witnessed this rant.
SVC's President had been convicted in absentia of another shoplifting charge this time at Safeway just after the Investigators caught the players bragging in Missoula and east Missoula and criminal trespassing on UM's campus after he was ejected from the same after sanitizing the keyboard on public computers in Mansfield Library when whooping cough was prevalent on March 2, 2011, five years to the day after the Albertson's Incident. Wonder if the library staff would eject others off campus during the covid-19 pandemic? In fairness, they should have but never did.
Engstrom quite literally hired Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge to beat SVC's President to death utilizing a Soviet Gulag Technique on April 5, 2012. This was the third attempt on his life by Missoula County Law Enforcement.
Trowbridge is paid through UM funds for acting as security at UM events. Investigators have proof that Trowbridge was paid $1,500 and $15,000 instead of the normal $150 to murder SVC's President. It is unlikely Trowbridge would risk everything for a poultry $16,500, but this is all that has been uncovered.
The squad car videos of the beating were buried not only by local Public Officials and Employees and local media, but then Montana State Attorney General Steve Bullock's Office paid hush money into the six digits to keep two private videos of the police brutality from surfacing like with Rodney King in 1991 and George Floyd in 2020.
The attempts on SVC President Phil Sutton's Life by the Missoula County Sheriff's Office and Missoula City Police Force opened the door into the dark world of Police brutality in America, yet no one in Authority cares from the least three US Presidents on down that dozens of Lives lost to this brutality and many of their Families don't even know what became of their Loved Ones; about the thousands of Lives which have been systematically ruined; the 100+ Woman's Lives shattered by rape; or the billions in Public funds embezzled in Missoula County alone. How can that be? But it is.
All these revelations occurred in Obama’s first year as President. Many promises were made by Obama and Attorneys Generals Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, but nothing substantive was ever done over the years.
And, most importantly, SVC has done its level best to make these videos and other relevant evidence available to the Public and media in order get the American People behind the Crusade to rid America of organized terrorism which is definitely in their best interests, but SVC has failed miserably.
Evidently, Justice against systemic prejudice and police violence and the concomitant media coverage and Public outrage is reserved in support of Black Men only. Seriously, this is a simple statement of fact.

As if we need any more Evidence of this, Shannon Cate Schweyen has sued UM for sex and could be race discrimination as well.
The University of Montana intentionally paid her $25,000 less per year as Women’s Head Basketball Coach than her male counterpart Travis Decuire. As usual when it comes to al Qaeda-gate, the evidence is incontrovertible. At least Shannon is standing tall in an attempt to do something about it just as SVC President Phil Sutton has.

The domestic terrorists have followed SVC's President nearly 1,000 miles to Colorado Springs. In Montana, Shannon and Phil have thousands of fellow Victims, but the State of Colorado and its residents have chosen to single out SVC’s President.
When returning from his Memorial Day Festivities, SVC's President found his luggage destroyed and his belongings strewn all over the countryside (See in side bar).
Imagine the heartbreak and anger SVC's President felt knowing these people will just get away with this just like they always have and he and his fellow Victims can not count on the Obama, then Trump and now Biden Administrations to help them because they are part of the problem!!!!!!!
Through The Hague, United Nations and SVC-TV International, Americans have been warned concerning their Nation's fallen Greatness and what the repercussions are, but it has not moved Americans to sincerely address the Reforms necessary to America to its rightful place in the World. Americans must know there are consequences for that!!!!!!!
After almost than 17 years of continued barbarity towards him, SVC's President, The Hague and all those concerned about Human Rights and International Justice are tired of US Government excuses!!!!!!!
These people actually believe SVC's President should just take it and give up his quest for Justice. They have destroyed his life, careers and reputation. No one has been persecuted in Human History more than SVC's President. Any thinking person knows that they cannot ask SVC's President to "just go on with his Life" when they know they couldn't do it themselves!!!!!!!
Bottom line, the procurement of Justice is finally in process!!!!!!!
