The Fifth Seal of the Revelation of Christ is a reminder that, though Jesus Inaugurated the "Kingdom of God" through the preaching of the Gospels (“Good News”), God's People suffer during the tribulation that started with Jesus' First Coming and is completed with his Second Coming.
The entirety of the scandal known now as the American Opprobrium (formerly al Qaeda-gate) and the Justice for and Vindication of the Victims are very much a part of this process. The world cannot come to a Peaceful conclusion unless the Final Kibosh is successful and terrorism (which includes gun and Law Enforcement violence in the USA) is utterly obliterated from this planet.
The SVC Spring 2023 Foreign Tour and the La Paz Summit have concluded. It is very quickly becoming unanimous that all the SVC National Chairs in all corners of the globe are fed up with the renegade United States and its domestic terrorism crisis and concomitant Human Rights hypocrisies.

The Washington Post in its 23 March 2023 Edition had an Article which quoted a study that indicates most of those wanted International Criminals are brought to Justice contrary to popular belief.
That fits in well with the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin and the International Court of Justice's expanded Rulings against the USA and its Political Subdivisions, the States of Colorado and Montana. International Legal Authority is being established big time and it is finally going to matter to 10,000 American Victims of al Qaeda-gate!!!!!!!
As early as May 2015, the International Community became restless with the Obama Administration when the two private videos of SVC President, Phil Sutton's, beating by Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge came forward for the first time and Obama Administration refused to act or Investigate.
The two Women admitted that they had been paid hush money in the six-digit range by the Office of Montana State Attorney General Steve Bullock in 2012 shortly after the beating and discovery of the videos.
Further, the former Employers of SVC's President – The Missoulian – and SVC's Vice President, Angelica Sutton – KECI-TV – and Missoula Mayor John Engen, who had worked with SVC's President as a Writer at the Missoulian moved quickly to cover-up any evidence of the heinous crime including about 70 pictures of the injuries sustained by SVC's President taken by a Montana State Investigator and Detective in the Public Defender's Office.
The video footage of the beating of SVC's President makes the beating of Tyre Nichols look like a love tap and the former was injected with a still unknown substance and not to mention that was the third attempt on his life by Missoula County Law Enforcement.

The model for Reform will be how the City of Memphis handled the Nichols case. Keep in mind Jonathan Stineford, Christian Kneib, Kurt Trowbridge and Chris O'Leary still wear badges in Missoula County, Montana, USA, 15½, 15 and 11 years after they admitted in their own Reports and all evidence verifies they intended to murder Phil Sutton with Stineford and Trowbridge acting as paid assassins.
No retribution can be considered too great for this outrage and all those who have obstructed Justice have been and will continue to be held equally and severally liable civilly and personally liable criminally.
Further, the scorpion group in Memphis appears even more infamous than the Make Victims Units in Missoula. Those who are charged with public safety, ironically enough, who mocked and/or ignored the warnings that are clearly there concerning these kind of Law Enforcement criminals in the United States will likewise be held equally and severally liable civilly and personally liable criminally.
That is why – among other things - the non-coverage of the Sutton beating will cost CNN, Fox News, et al, their FCC licenses and they will have the unmitigated gall to actually wonder why? They have clearly acted in a manner not consistent with the Public Interest as required by the FCC. Now, the FCC is being held in contempt by the International Tribunals and their Partner Federal Courts. Soon SVC will know what that means in terms of SVC-TV and SVC-TV International replacing CNN and Fox News...
The United Nations Security Council had authorized force against the United States of America on 22 January 2014. By the time these new revelations came to light, the frustration with the Obama Administration grew exponentially and many thoughtful people at The Hague began talking about arresting US President Barack H. Obama and US Attorneys General Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch just as The Hague has done with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
What saved Obama was the adherence to International Precedent that the United States is not a signatory to the Statutes of Rome and Responsibility To Protect Principles and thus Obama and his Attorneys General were not subject to arrest.
After SVC's President Announced during SVC's Annual Africa Tour in December 2022 that adherence to International Law would be universal, The Hague obviously will now follow his lead henceforth and those concerns are officially by the boards. No one or no Nation are above International Law.
On 14 March 2023, the International Court of Justice levied higher Judgments against the United States of America and State of Colorado for noncompliance and allowing continued hostility by the traitors/terrorists towards SVC's President. Further, it is now formally recognized that much of what has been utilized to discredit and defame SVC's President is in fact part of the conspiracy, forcing financial destitution, homelessness, being framed for crimes, etc. so that the Public would buy into the rhetoric concerning him and all those who have participated in this regardless of how that became involved will be brought to Justice.
Its Twin Court, the International Criminal Court, then put the World on Notice 17 March 2023 that no one is above International Law and issued the Arrest Warrant for Putin. While National Leaders have had Arrest Warrants issued against them before, this is the first time in history this has occurred against an Incumbent National Leader. Because Russia and Putin fit the description perfectly that SVC's President handed down in Africa of a Nation with a United Nations Security Council Veto and Putin being the National Leader of a Nation which has not acceded to the Statutes of Rome and the Responsibility to Protect Principles.
Their Partner US Federal Courts utilized the delay of the past three years caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic to act as the Appellant Courts for all the Civil Rulings from the International Tribunals and Criminal Convictions against over 455,000 Americans, thus fulfilling any Due Process Rights the Defendants may have claimed if the Rulings and Convictions had processed through the regular Judicial Process under the US Constitution, which ironically takes about two to three years on average in the US Federal Judiciary.
Indeed, all the recognized Victims of the scandals within a scandal otherwise known the American Opprobrium have been denied their Human Rights in ways it would be impossible to describe or enumerate; have been denied their right to Vote; have been kidnapped or sexually assaulted or both; and have had their lives, careers and reputations – their due process rights in particular – savagely put asunder unlawfully, been wrongfully incarcerated and up to now have had no recourse.
There is no point in allowing the traitors/terrorists to “do a Trump” and keep litigating matters until the cows come home. The traitors/terrorists – and the rest of the world – know they are as guilty as can be and the current prescribed punishment is a mollycoddling of profound criminals. Jesus' Golden Rule will be used against the traitors/terrorists and what they have done unto others will be done unto them.
A late traitor's/terrorists' Attorneys attempted to appeal the Judgment against his home in Montana. The State District Court correctly turned down the Appeal saying it did not have jurisdiction concerning a Federal Judgment. As the Justices should, the Montana Supreme Court has refused to review the case primarily for the same reason.
As part of the Agreement between the US Federal Judiciary and The Hague to participate as they have, the Federal Judiciary will not entertain any Appeals at any level whatsoever.
The International Tribunals' Rulings have no Appeal in any case under International Law. That is one of the reasons why the International Legal Process is so painstaking and takes so long to grant relief and bring International Criminals to Justice because of the potential International implications if they make a mistake.
In the end, while the Montana case is an unfortunate delay that was not anticipated, it proved to be a boon because now the Legal Precedence has been set and if anyone tries this dumb stunt in Colorado or in Montana again, it will be simply ignored and assets seized and criminals arrested, sentenced and punished forthwith.
Further, the Notices from the Hague which have appeared on the SVC Subscription and Public Websites and attached to EDITIONs of the SVC INTERNATIONAL VIEWPOINTs are abstracts of the actual Rulings from The Hague and translated from The Hague's Official Language French to English.
The original complete Briefs pertaining to the States of Colorado and State of Montana dated in August 2019 were served upon the appropriate Officials in Denver and Helena via Scotland Yard. Both States claimed they never received them, as if that is going to relieve them of their responsibilities appertaining. The Briefs concerning the United States of America have gone through normal channels between Nations and/or through the United Nations Security Council.
Entities like the Federal, State, County and City governments and businesses involved cannot be treated as a Human Being would be from a Legal standpoint. The US Federal Government as well the States of Colorado and Montana, their University Systems and Regulatory Agencies have long since known what their fates and what their responsibilities therein are.
The US Federal Government has known by-and-large what is expected of it since the UN Security Council Adopting the Sutton International Complaint on 22 January 2014 which was first recorded on 27 August 2012. A supporting Resolution (2133) was passed on 27 January 2014 essentially adopting SVC President's No Tolerance Terrorism Policy and making the United States, ironically enough, the first Nation Sanctioned under the Responsibility To Protect Principles under International Law.
Suffice it to say, with revelations concerning how the Obama, Trump and Biden Administrations have handled the matter, other issues have arisen and will be taken care of in due course.
The State of Colorado will be partitioned with roughly the northeast quarter of the current State remaining as Colorado and the remaining three-quarters becoming the 51st State of Jefferson.
Jefferson was the original name for the territory that would become Colorado, but the Radical Republicans of the 36th and 37th Congresses during the US Civil War elected not to honor the first Democratic President, Thomas Jefferson, by naming a State after him. That outrage will now be remedied.
The State of Colorado will never again be allowed to Professionally License or Certify anyone or grant Professional College Degrees at all levels because it baited SVC's President to abandon his attempts to save his 32-year Career in Financial Services in Montana and start anew in Colorado without ever intending to Professionally license him. Any Private Organization which did such a thing would have its authority revoked yesterday if not sooner, so why should it not be the same way for a Public entity like the State of Colorado?
Montana will have its State Auditor's Office permanently closed and the State will never be able to license Insurance Agents and Security Brokers again. All those licensed by the State of Montana since September 1, 2017 will likewise be permanently disbarred and never be allowed to practice in those fields anywhere in the United States with current US Representative Matt Rosendale (R- Montana) and his Insurance Bureau Chief Jeannie Keller charged with explaining why.
The International Court of Justice has expanded SVC’s President Judgment regarding the Professional Licensing Scandal. It is now worth nearly $7 billion with 1,405 zeroes for every day this matter is not resolved as of 25 March 2023. SVC's President has stated that it is under this Lawsuit that he will take what his Family has coming plus the State of Montana Judgment of $8.42 Billion (down from $11.55 billion), which will be enhanced plus whatever the State of Colorado Judgment, which is now $6.28 Billion (up from $3.15 billion) and change with 1,405 zeroes for every day this matter is not resolved and leave the other Judgments to compensate the other corporate Victims - SVC, Trailblazer Publishing Network and the National Agents Alliance.
The original 21:5 ratio has been changed to 33:26 to further punish Colorado and reflect the time each State has unlawfully put SVC's President out of Business and denied the prestige and credibility such Credentials lend to Professionals. It figures SVC's President would take the smallest Judgments for himself. That is just the kind of Man he is.
Because SVC International Security Chief Gary N was running into the same garbage on the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs Campus as he encountered on the Montana State University and the University of Montana Campuses, the Colorado State and Montana State University Systems are now owned by SVC's President and his Special Agent Doubles, Chief Norman and Ron Halvorson.
Chief Norman spent the week of March 20-24, 2023 on the UCCS campus to glean whether or not Students who were in High School at the time Chief Norman encountered the Kagy Korner Car who's drivers drove over 775 miles from Bozeman, Montana, overnight on 16/17 November 2018 to continue their 24/7 harassment of SVC's President had a different attitude towards SVC's President. Of course not.
Chief Norman had planned to close UCCS for good after the current Semester ends 12 May 2023 so that the Students could at least finish the semester and sell the assets at auction to compensate him for his loyal and faithful service to SVC and its President. The racism he saw alone will cause him to close UCCS ASAP and making those Students some of the first to work at hard labor for life.
In addition, all the Students receiving degrees since November 2018 within the Colorado University System will be revoked as per the Professional Licensing Scandal Rulings. None of the College Degrees granted; or Professional Licenses or Certificates issued by the State of Colorado since 5 December 2018 will stand.
Further, all Professional Financial Services Licensees by the State of Colorado will be permanently disbarred from the practice in their profession anywhere in the United States as per Colorado Insurance Investigator Angela Seaberg's character assassination stunt against SVC's President. Ms. Seaberg and all her co-conspirators must explain herself and themselves – Former DORA Executive Director, Marguerite Salazar, Insurance Commissioner Michael Conway, Steven Giampaolo and the Former Governor and now US Senator John Hickenlooper (D-Colorado) and current Governor Jared Polis; and Assistant Attorneys General Peter Frigo and Karl Kaesmer and Administrative Judge Michael Norwood and Colorado State Attorney General Phil Weiser who appointed them - to not only to Phil Sutton, but all these devastated Professionals who can no longer practice in Financial Services.
The key to understanding this is that the International Tribunals' US Federal Court Partners have ruled that if SVC's President cannot be licensed, no one can. Why? Phil Sutton's record of service to the Public is that outstanding.
Even worse, admitted al Qaeda operatives Oleksander and Kateryna Kushnir from Ukraine poisoned SVC's President with a WMD-derivative compound on 21 June 2019, in Colorado Springs. SVC's President spit out the poison, but not before it caused 25 square inches of puss sacks to form in his mouth. He lost over 20 pounds but has achieved remission.
However, the poison has caused some teeth to rot in his head. Some of proceeds from the Judgments will pay for major dental surgery to correct the damage to his dental health. SVC's President may have to use dentures for the rest of his life and there will always be concern of cancer because the poison was radioactive.
The Kushnirs implicated Colorado officials had at least prior knowledge of the plot if not actually involved. This is confirmed by the fact that Mr. Norwood had ruled against SVC's President on 11 June 2019, but the notification letter was not sent until 2 July 2019.
In a convoluted letter written by Operations Specialist Christine Gonzales-Ferrer dated 1 July 2019, from Mr. Conway’s office, SVC's President was given 20 days to respond after the ruling or lose everything. 1 July was that 20th day and she sent it on 2 July, thus denying SVC's President Sutton his human and civil rights for the nth time.
Gonzales-Ferrer the further wrote SVC's President he had an additional 30 days from date of the letter to respond, quoting from a separate statute. The only aspect that explains the three-week delay is the Colorado al Qaeda operatives anticipated SVC's President would be dead and would not have to bother. When they discovered SVC's President survived, they had to cover-up their plot. There is simply no other plausible explanation.
Additionally, Rosendale and Salazar are named in a Report by the Australian Parliament concerning International Insurance kickbacks and Christchurch shooter, Brenton Tarrant, named Rosendale as an American contact of his.
The lesser Political Subdivisions of the City & County of Missoula, Montana; Gallatin County, Montana; and Colorado Springs and Wheatridge, Colorado will be subject to different levels of Sanctions.
The City and County of Missoula will never be free of International and Federal Sanctions and supervision. There is simply no desire there for reform and the traitors/terrorists in Missoula remain steadfast in their belief they have done nothing wrong when the facts bear out are they have done little right in the 21st century. That kind of attitude simply cannot be tolerated in Civilized Society and will not be.
Of all the entities involved with al Qaeda-gate, the University of Montana has the most continually egregious record of all. The creation of the still-existent Make Victims Units; continued misappropriation of Public funds; the sexual assault scandal; the sex and racial discrimination scandals in concert with the Obama Administration; and the illicit drug and trafficking scandals to financially support organized terrorism in America in concert with the NCAA and Big Sky Athletic Conference. It goes on and on.
When SVC's President attended the University of Montana in the late 1970's and the first half of the 1980's, it simply was the finest Public Institution in Higher Education in the United States. It was truly Harvard West by all accounts.
No Education Institution of any kind has ever suffered such a steep and ignominious fall from grace. The only appropriate action that can be taken is hold UM as an example of never, ever again and either transfer its assets to Montana State University-Billings or be leased or sold at auction with the proceeds going to help the sexual assault and MVU Victims as much as possible.

The Albertson's and Safeway stores in Missoula attempted to frame SVC's President for shoplifting Safeway and Albertson's (which both have been sold to Minneapolis, Minnesota-based SuperValu Inc), valued at $4.0 billion, including $77 million in cash; $3.5 billion in debt assumption; has already laid-off most of its Workforce and had lost 93.1% of its profitability in 2020.
Once SuperValu has been liquidated, the roughly $1.5 billion will be distributed to pay-off SVC’s debts, the Suttons' Medical bills and debts and pay sizable damages for wrongfully accusing SVC's President of shoplifting. Anything left will help the other Victims in Missoula.
Walmart is valued at $275 billion and Target at $70 billion, which are National Chains, will remain open and operate without interruption, but the profits and dividends will accrue to SVC and the Sutton Family henceforth. SVC's President plans to reinvest these proceeds by the SVC International Dream Weaver Plexus; funding capitalizing his Living Security Insurance Program; and making Walmart and Target the test cases in the United States for Economic Democracy. Essentially, there will be a change in management and management form in both cases.
Because Rob Walton became the primary Owner of the Denver Broncos utilizing his inheritance from his Father's incredibly successful Walmart chain, one of the options is for SVC's President to takeover the Broncos or become part of the Leadership Team. It is not likely SVC's President would be interested in doing so, but it is a very definite possibility if he wants.
Not to hit a Man when he is down, but it is likely that Donald Trump's empire will become Former Chief International Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda's because Trump Sanctioned the ICC for investigating War Crimes committed by the US Army in Afghanistan.
The Soldiers in question were court-martialed, but pardoned by Trump and restored with their rank intact. The United States cannot have it both ways. If the Biden Administration wants to go after Putin and the Russians for War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity, then it must turnover Trump for International Justice for allowing crimes like this to be committed against innocent people and Obama, Holder and Lynch for their Official Malfeasance in regards to Missoula.
The ICC will duly compensate the renowned International Prosecutor and her Staff for being Sanctioned and the rest will be to fund the ICC's continued efforts to enforce International Law. The adding of zeroes began as of February 2, 2011 or 4,435 days ago as of 25 March 2023.

More important, these Sanctions will be required of all Member Nations of the United Nations because the Sutton International Complaint was adopted without a USA veto in the Security Council unlike the International Sanctions against Russia where the offending Nation could Veto any such Sanctions. When passed by the UN Security Council, all Members must comply with the Sanctions or be subject to Sanctions themselves of the same or greater magnitude. That cannot be case with the Sanctions against Russia, but will be the case against the United States, if necessary.
The important aspect to understand and acknowledge here is the only reason this all has to be necessary is the crimes and terrorist activities of these people in and out of Government must be held out as never again. WE CANNOT HAVE THIS TRANSPIRE IN CIVILIZED SOCIETY!!!!!!!
Indeed, the terrorists have used these promises of Legal retribution through the Sutton International Complaint as a recruiting tool. There will be no distinction made between those who have recruited others in this way and those who have joined them for whatever reason as a result.
Jesus stated those who led Children to sin it would be better for them to throw themselves into the Sea. It is clear the United States and its People believe they are above the Law and Rule of Law and epic Reforms are required. The United Nations and The Hague are determined to make indelible the belief among all Residents of Earth they are subject to International Law and applicable Laws of their individual Countries and will do whatever it takes to make it so.
The “scarlet letter” punishment all the traitors/terrorists will receive truly fits their crimes.
