EVENT/CURRENT ISSUE: Armageddon At Our Door

The Biblical Prophecies foretell of the end-of-the-world battle. The final battle would be in the Valley of Megiddo in modern day Israel. The battle, if it occurs, would be between Israel and its only true supporter in the modern world - the United States - and its President, the Antichrist, against the King of the East - China; the King of the North - Russia; and the King of the South - Saudi Arabia. Anyone that follows world events and is cognizant of what is transpiring right now in the Middle East can readily see how this could happen any time. Those who have paid attention to the travails of SVC's President also can see how he has to be the one who has been sent by the Creator to prevent this all from happening.

In 2003, retired Canadian general Roméo Dallaire, who was force commander of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR), claimed that future United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan was overly passive in his response to the imminent genocide. In his book "Shake Hands with the Devil: The Failure of Humanity in Rwanda" asserted that Annan held back UN troops from intervening to settle the conflict and from providing more logistical and material support. In 2004, ten years after the genocide, in which an estimated 800,000 people were killed, Annan said: "I could and should have done more to sound the alarm and rally support."

This haunted Annan for the rest of his life. On his Initiative, the UN began the search for a substantive way to combat despot National Leaders who would commit such atrocities on their own people and put teeth into International Law. In 2003, the Rome Statutes created the International Criminal Court and International Prosecutor's position.

In 2005, Annan borrowed U.S. Ambassador Plenipotentiary, Phil Sutton, from the George W. Bush Administration to write what he entitled, "Responsibility To Protect Statutes" (now Principle) for the United Nations. Annan had read SVC President's book, "Revival of the American Dream" and was impressed with his Five-Step Plan to allow the International Community to remove despot National Leaders and protect the Civilian population from undue harm (See https://www.svctrailblazerpublications.com/trailblazer-to-revival-of-the-american-dream-1). The Sutton Doctrine became the focus for the vigorous development of International Law and its enforcement the past two decades.

The question: What is the Sutton Doctrine and how can it be enforced to end the conflicts of the Russo-Ukraine war; the Middle East inferno; and the American Organized Terrorism Opprobrium and thus prevent Armageddon?
